Over promised under delivered. Bought a cx-5 about a month ago. I asked if the cars comes with 2 keys and i was told yes it does. But no 2nd key after 3 weeks for calling and asking for it. Rear floor matts were missing i asked and i was assured that they will put matts in before I get the vehicle delivered to me but 3 weeks later no matts. When they delivered the car the rear tail light was out which should have been fixed in there "150 points inspection ".

My son and I came in recently looking for a used truck. The salesman was outstanding the truck was excellent. If there was an issue it was they where too popular. Sadly when it came time to close the deal the salesman we were dealing with was serving the previous customer and likely resulted in not being able to finalize deal. Still overall excellent

Had the absolute best experience shopping for a vehicle. Salesman got us an incredibly nice, clean, well taken care of car with low mileage and the price and interest were even better then i expected. They went above and beyond with the customer service and they werent pushy like some salesman can be at places. Thank for an incredible purchase experience.
