On the phone everyone was great. When I got to the dealership to pick up my new bike I walked around for a half an hour and nobody acknowledged I was there. I then walked into an office and told the guy what I was there for. He seemed annoyed I had bothered him but he steered me to the finance lady's office, who was great. When I was done with the paperwork I had to hunt someone down again to show me my new bike. Clearly this guy knew nothing about this machine so I loaded it up and left. Then i stopped in saskatoon to put plates on it, because no sgi was open in pa and needed some paperwork they had neglected to give me. Good thing a faxed copy worked. When I got home and unloaded my new ride I found one signal light dangling from its bracket by the wire and the other one hanging on by a half a thread. So I decided to give things a closer look and found the plate bracket hanging on by half of one bolt with the rest missing and various fasteners loose or missing on other parts of the bike. Overall a very disheartening experience. Definitely will not recommend this dealership to anyone else. Sad to report.

I purchased a 200cc phoenix a few months back and had a great first time experience.

Basically in and out.

Yesterday I went in looking to purchase a Ranger 1000XP cash and the young fella working couldn’t even give me a price on any machine.

He kept saying “I’m guessing 38,500…. Low 40’s? ”

I then asked for a price on a 1000cc sportsman and said “18’100$…. But more like 20”.

Took me out to the yard and I really liked a General…. He took a picture of the tags and went to computer and still couldn’t give me a price.

It was a waste of a hour.

As I was leaving he was saying we are the “Largest” dealership in Western Canada…. I found a machine in Saskatoon.

My snow check sled was delivered to me ahead of scheduled date. Delivery was flawless. Service department assisted day of delivery with installing accessories thst day. Made spending a lot of money very easy!

Just about, but nope. Young man there was very good to us. Too bad the sled we wanted had a deposit on it.

Emailed on line for quote, never heard anything, so decided to call for price on a side x side, dealt with salesman (Ty) who gave me a price, which I inquired for a all in bottom price. Ty passed on that he would talk to sales manager and call me back. Needless to say I'm still waiting and its been a week. I take it that either they are not interested in selling or they just have the poorest enthusiasm on customer service.
PS: Still have not received a on line quote.weeks now.
