Ramada by Wyndham Moose Jaw

Wonderful place to stay at. Great view, very well-kept and inviting. Felt safe and didn't have to worry about getting broken in to (my car). Overall, was a lovely getaway for the weekend. Definitely recommend getting a room with a jacuzzi in it, was worth the money.

Hotel itself is very nice, great location if stopping on the way by. Staff for the most part was ok. Only issue we seen with the room was the mice, seen 2 in our room running around. We were on the 3rd floor of the building. We also seen a couple dead in the parking lot.

This was a fantastic hotel. Definitely better than the 3 star rating Google says. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, quiet and homey. A small kitchenette was in our 2 queen bedroom and the view was beautiful. Even better, the price was right and came with free wifi and bfast. There was a hot tub but we didn't get a chance to use it, however we did appreciate the laundry facility! 5 stars from us easily.

The girl that works at the front desk is amazing. She’s so friendly and so easy to work with. We have rooms blocked off for our upcoming wedding and she’s been so knowledgeable and accommodating for everything we need. She was made for the hospitality industry and I can’t express my gratitude enough. I wish I got her name.

We booked a room for the weekend for my Stagette party and we had an incredible stay!

First off, cleanliness was superb, I work for a different hotel chain and even though I searched I couldn't fault housekeeping at all, the room was immaculate.
Second of all I didn't catch her name but the breakfast attendant was so kind and tried her best to accomodate my friend that has celiac's 10/10 service.
The location is a little ways from downtown but super easy to find your way there, and is very close to Mac and the tourism center.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back

Great facilities, the pool was being well used.
Sauna facilities also.

Highly recommend if staying in Moose Jaw for any reason.
Will be my choice of hotels next stay.

I personally don't like it up there I think it's too far away from all the mean stuff and boost you up for tourists rooms are nice the staff is great it's clean there's nothing wrong with Hotel location sucks

Awful experience! Air conditioner was noisy, room was dirty and the staff are rude. We tried to check out early because it was so bad but they were going to still charge us for the room even though we were not there. I've stayed in Ramadas before and did not experience this. There are better hotels in Moose Jaw for the same price. Don't do it!

Ehsan is a fantastic Hotel Manager who goes above and beyond with customer service. For the best service and pricing I would highly recommend calling or using Ramada's own website to book stays though as opposed to a 3rd party booking app.

Good room, clean building, breakfast is standard and a bit bland but biggest thing: This building claims to be pet friendly on all the websites yet there are "no pet" signs all around and they ask you to sign to confirm you'll pay a fine if you have a pet. Most hotels have asked me to pay a pet fee around $20 which I'm happy to pay, and I had expected this hotel to function the same but it's less clear than usual. Highly recommend calling and confirming their pet policy before booking with a pet!

We stayed at this hotel property for two days (4&5 July 2023). Overall, this was a great stay for us. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly (i.e. Front desk, cleaners, and the breakfast staff). This property is fairly new and is in great condition. Our room was very clean and bright. I plan to stay here the next time I am in Moose Jaw.

This was a great experience. We came in on the service roads- the Ramada was conveniently located on the outskirts of the city, within walking distance of the giant moose and McDonald's. We really enjoyed the sauna, hot pool, and shower.

Paid for a kitchenette and were no dishes/silverware/pans. I asked at the desk for these things (like note in room said to do) The guy on the desk said to go and get paper/plastic in the coffee/breakfast room. When I checked out I said I wanted to be comped to regular room. I was given $20 for both nights. I do believe it should have been a higher amount for the inconvience and being lied to. Manager did call me so he could find out who was working.he only said he would talk to them and did not offer any other compensation. Will not stay there again!

Loved our short visit at Ramada. We had to stop here because our rental car had to be replaced. Me and my kids were safe, warm and had a comfortable stay. Loved the breakfast before heading out again towards Winnipeg.

Worst experience ever will be booking my company in a different hotel. Robin (manager) needs to learn some people skills.

Unfortunately, I did not get to stay at this property. I accidently booked for 'tonight' and immediately got a hold of Expedia and the Hotel after I clicked reserve. Expedia said they could adjust the date with the hotel's approval, but Robin (the manager at the Ramada) denied the request. After speaking with Robin, he continually brought up the fact that we didn't book direct with the hotel, but ended up saying he would see what he could do for us and promised us a call-back within 30 minutes. We never heard from him again.

In the end, it was a terrible experience.

Awsome, convenient place to stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Great hot breakfast. Would recommend.
