Ramada by Wyndham Saskatoon

This hotel is very dated. Bathroom sink was cracked, shower curtain rod was pulled out of the wall so curtain wouldn't stayed closed.
Rooms were loud. You could clearly hear anyone walking and talking in the hallway.

The service was always with a smile and great, but some people made it an awful overnite due to loud neighbors, but I'm sure most places have this problem of loud neighbors, lol!

Not sure when the hotel was built but it's evident that the rooms have not been renovated at all. Old cracked tile in the bathroom, old carpets and curtains and the room smelled musty and smoky.

Lots of street noise and hotel is surrounded by dirt alleys dont look well maintained or safe.

Only stayed here because we were with a team. Won't do it again.

Very friendly staff. We were here for a medical appointment. They were respectful and accommodating.

I was quite disappointed that I was not asked how my stay was upon check out. The air conditioning in the room did not work and a previous guest was given a key to my room to check for an item left behind while I was already checked in and although I received an apology phone call, there was zero compensation for the intrusion. I definitely felt that the price was much too high for the condition of the room; touch ups were definitely needed in the bathroom and the shower was not relaxing at all with a weird pressure setting being the only option.

Holes in the ceilings in the hallways every 6 feet. Other members of my group in different rooms had no water pressure. Others had mold. Not worth any amount of money.

Terrible most staff all seem miserable the cleaners are horrible at cleaning don't even vacuum properly restaurant has miserable staff security look like little kids don't recommend it

The worst! There were cockroaches in the dresser when I opened the drawer! I didn't tell my mom because I didn't want her to get worried it's 2: 15AM and I can't sleep.

Nightmare on Elm Street for Ramada Hotel in Saskatoon.
As soon as i walked in and to get my room front desk could not understand me as i said i am allergic to feathers/Dogs. /All nut products. Both lifts down. Police came for a guest who would not leave. Stayed in the room and only slept on top of the bed. Next day house keeping knock on the door and i said twice out loud just a min. She barged in as i was not wearing anything. Went down told manager. Then later overheard her with other cleaning staff say nasty things about what happen. Told manager. Furniture is so out dated. Went to check out and police with more problems. They tried to charge me for eating a meal and i never ate anything as i had my own food. Place smelled like backup and smoke. The place was so bad, And telling people stay away from this place. Could say so much more. Once again a Nightmare on Elm Street.

Room was good comfortable etc.restaurant however was SO bad, the worst service ever. Manager needs an attitude check, I never complain but this was seriously the worst.

I was attending a 3-day event. The facility was clean & easily accessible.
Restaurant staff was lacking a bit but for the most part friendly.
The food was excellent; prices decent.

Hotel is located close to downtown that is only plus I can give it.
The wi fi went out for a whole day and when front desk was called did not sound very informative.
The restaurant staff are ignorant and service is slow treat some customers like dirt very rude to some who do eat in restaurant.
The halls are noisy that I was awoken at 1am to loud voices and laughing coming through door as well as loud music.
Would not recommend a stay unless you had no other place to go.
There was an incident the other night where the police showed up there were 3 patrol vehicles converged at hotel main entrance not something you would like to see but that is what happened guess there isn't a dull moment at this hotel.
Also there are kids running in the hallways at 1 am in the morning don't the parents have control of their kids that are loud and annoying when a person gets rudely awakened by a screaming kid.
Hope I do not have to stay at this hotel again fingers crossed.
Sidenote the cleaning staff are ok but when I asked for extra kleenex or toilet paper was informed only 1 roll per day and 1 box like what is ramada on a budget now the lady was kind of dismissive and judgemental when she looked at me.

The parking is terrible. Rooms are disgusting hair in the beds, stains all over the furniture. Toothpaste from previous people in the sink and on the mirror. The toilet has hair and pee on the seat. Will be finding something cleaner for the remainder of our stay.

Have stayed here 4x over the past year and every time I was please with the room and the staff. Particularly the bartender in Mulligans. Darius was friendly welcoming, always went above and beyond to help the staff and customers. Food was good and service is quick

First time walking into the lobby is beautiful, the scenery is a lot to take in but when I got in my floor 4th, it was dark! So gloomy like a funeral home. The rooms are not very nice, you have beds that seriously need replacement, big indent in the middle beds, I don't even think they change the bed sheets and the pillows dont smell clean. I found a blonde hair which is long and I have short black hair on my pillow. The only good thing about my room are the bathrooms, nice and clean, organized and very comfortable.

I stay here a lot with my daughter, we have made some good friends in the people who work here. We are treated like gold.

Room was clean. Blood on the floor between the beds on the carpet, just a little bit.
Morning breakfast lady seems like she's tired of people.
Heard the place was huanted but I dont know about that noise.
Was a good stay. 4/5

Parking isn't the greatest but still a good resting place. Ordering food seems to take some time though.

This past summer I was not allowed to leave the city of Saskatoon while I was in my final trimester due to high-risk pregnancy and was placed at the Ramada for the time being the whole hotel smell of cigarette butts and my room was disgusting. I mentioned the blood in the carpet to the cleaners, and nothing was done, my toilet ran all night and day the lobby was filled with people who were less than satisfactory to be around. The pool was basically a cesspool of germs and urine, and then when I went into labor, I was unable to return to the hotel to clean my room so I had my mom pack up my stuff and tidy up and then I was told that I was no longer allowed to rent from them ever again, because I had left my room a mess that it took two cleaners two days to clean, which is highly unlikely as I am a very tidy person they were just mad I wouldn’t let them in my room every day to snoop. I highly do not recommend this hotel. It is the most nastiest place ever.

Enjoyed my welcoming stay and very convenient and concerning staff with the upmost friendliness, I do recommend anyone stay at this lovely astablishnent.
