We checked in to the most unclean room we had ever stayed in. There was garbage on the floor, toilet paper in the toilet and the furniture was all very worn down. After realizing what we got ourselves into, we decided to find other accommodations. The staff were not interested in rectifying our concerns. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

UGHHH! The 1st room smelled so old and moldy, the ac was not working. They sent a maintenance guy up on 4th floor asap, BUT he suggested to switch rooms, we were sent to the 5th floor, the ac is luke warm, blowing old musty air. It was too late to look for other accommodations at 1030pm.we used to stay here and it was awesome somewhere down the line it lost its cleanliness. Never stay here again

Overall a pretty good experience. Found it to be situated in a prime location, within walking distance of many places we wanted to go.

Slightly underwhelmed with my restaurant experience during breakfast. The breakfast buffet was as expected, had wanted to try something on the menu as well however was not seen. Only 3 other tables were being looked after. Additional place settings weren't removed as they were for other tables that were being looked after. No one had come around to see if I wanted a beverage.

The three star rating is mainly towards my restaurant experience. Front desk and housekeeping were very good. Had an issue with my room key but that was quickly rectified.

The front desk was not helpful with directions and laughing behind me when I left them. Not enthusiastic about the job.

Ran hot water for 15 minutes in my room - still cold. When I called front desk they just said “yea, that’s how it is, we are very booked right now. ” So you built a hotel that can’t be filled to capacity but you still book to capacity? Finally I convinced them to send maintenance up and he kept running it and when it was lukewarm he said “oh it’s pretty warm right now” and that was it. This is on a warm day in July, mind you.

And the WiFi is garbage. Like worse than the WiFi I got for my apartment when I was super poor so I chose the worst possible plan from the worst possible provider. It won’t even load web pages half the time and kicks you off constantly.

Also the coffee maker was disgusting and had not been cleaned in quite a while.

Odd smell in the suite I stayed in. It smelled of clam shell camping toilet and strangely there was a cork stuck in the ceiling. When I spoke to the manager he waived me off and rolled away

Well I’d like to recognize Josh and Terry for their help, even though there were just a few minor issues with things ragarding check-in & check-out, it eventually got straightened out to my satisfaction. Hopefully there won’t be any more issues as we like to stay here a lot, myself & my Mom.

Warning. I just watched a YT vid of this elderly rotund bald 70's guy and his sidekick film a review of this place. Management gave them permission, including a free suite, free food, free booze - so naturally the YT review was fake. But the worst part? Management allowed paying hotel customers to be filmed without the customers knowledge and uploaded to YT for the sole financial benefit of management. So Fair Warning, management doesn't care about the customer, they care about taking advantage of you for their benefits. You as the customer are props for their videos.
Side note. The YTers sidekick was the spitting image of Dave Mustaine from Megadeath, which honestly pretty cool and why I gave a 2 star, and not 1.

Had room arranged for in July for a convention in October.when I got there front desk didn't know anything about it therefore missed my fri night dinner.no apologies were given. I basically had to go through emails to prove my note to the manager even though I had a confirmation number. 2 hrs later was allowed to have my room. Having missed my meal was hungry but tired from working all day.
More communications are needed among management and staff

My server was most attentive helpful and friendly. I encourage everyone to visit Kookies Krib Lounge at Ramada Plaza Regina. Ask for Destiny an amazing hostess. Great job Destiny!

Andy and Dawn were wonderful to work with and they were very accommodating to all our needs to facilitate the conference!

Just got off the phone with Cory at the Regina location. He was amazing and very helpful I seriously can’t stress this enough amazing work ethic and customer service! Give this man a raise seriously!

I booked 3 rooms in April for the Grey Cup weekend. 3 months later they tell me that they've accidentally overbooked and cancelled my rooms. Its clear they jacked up the price and wanted to charge more for the rooms I had.
Zero explanation from the hotel how it took 3 months to discover it was overbooked is beyond me. By that time hotel rooms were extremely scarce and very expensive. They nearly ruined my trip.
I would avoid booking during any busy time with these people, they care little about causing stress or ruining peoples vacations.
Fortunately we were able to scramble and find accommodation at the wonderful Holiday Inn East.

If I could give this a 0 star I would. The staff really tries their best but there are some serious issues with the quality of the rooms (very bad, very worn out, ripped and stained décor) and the cleanliness of the rooms (carpets not vacuumed, bathroom full of hair and dirt, etc.). This hotel needs a full renovation and more training for staff. I would not recommend staying here.

Came into regina to visit a sick family member before the winter set in. The floor we were on was extremely noisy. There was alot of yelling, arguing, swearing, door slamming tell 6am and beyond. Thank you Ramada for making a sad trip even worse.i am surprised that we didn't hit the ditch on our 6 hour trip home due to no sleep because of the shenanigans the night before. We stayed in room 608 on October 15 and couldn't wait to get out of this place. Thanks again Ramada.

I didn't get to stay however Ryan at the front desk was very accommodating and helped me get to the next best place. I was in a tight spot and he didn't hesitate to be kind and help out. The rooms were booked up due to convention and rider game.

My sister and I came to this hotel with our Dad for a Lions conference this past weekend (October 28-30). The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel was in a very convenient location; as my sister and I decided to go to Trifon’s across the street. The next day, my sister and I walked to the Cornwall Centre; which took about ten minutes. The breakfast was amazing. I wish the pool area was a little bigger, though. One minor problem in our room was that the bathtub was a bit slow to drain whenever a person took a shower.

The hotel itself is decent. The rooms are clean. I have to assume the front desk staff are overworked because anytime I called them I got put on hold. Also, they don't really have room service, they have "pick up your order at the desk, service. " But even if you want that, be prepared to not get it. I called twice on my first night there, the first time they put me on hold and never came back. The second time I was transferred to the restaurant where they didn't pick up. Then I called two nights later, got transferred to the restaurant, put on hold and then they hung up. Using Uber eats ended up being more effective. Honestly the housekeeping crew is the best of the bunch here - my room was always clean and tidy when I got back from work.

Was trying to reach Ramada, Emerald park since I was booked at an incorrect location. I asked the front desk if they could provide me with the contact information because I was literally at Ramada downtown and I was told that they don’t have any? !

Leaving one star review because there’s no option for 0. I was standing outside the hotel wanting to book a room and the front desk agents lied that they don’t have availability. I literally could see it online and on other travel agencies but because of having bad internet connection wasn’t able to complete the booking. I buzzed them twice and was told that they didn’t have any rooms. For a woman who’s travelled for hours and wanted to stay somewhere at 1am, she was treated worst.

Worst ever experience, Customer service was very bad. Rooms look like never maintained for the last 20 years. Even their staff was not sure whether there is free parking available or not.

These rooms were completely filthy and needed a renovation 5 years ago. Hair all over the beds and washrooms. The pool water was murky and causes itchy skin. We left this hotel with itchy bumps on our legs. Not sure if from the beds or the pool. Do not stay here!
