RBC Royal Bank

I recently worked with Devinder Patel. What an awesome banker he is. He helped me with the credit card application process and he made sure all I got what I was looking for. I highly recommend him!

I have never had a bad experience here at RBC, I have fond memories of my mom bringing me here as a child. There was a wall with space behind it that I used to hide behind and peer at people on the other side of the tinted glass windows.
The staff are friendly, I am just surprised they close access to the ATMs early. I did encounter an issue with the phone service developing an error that prevented me from accessing parts of the menu in 2015, but that was resolved years ago and isn't specific to this or any other location.

You can't phone anyone here to resolve an issue without having to go downtown. Useless. RBC makes billions in profits, invest in better customer service.

I wonder if they will close this location when they scale down all the banking locations due to the coming digital economy and cashless society?
