Needed to bring a freezer unit from Regina to Saskatoon, on the day of we were told they could no longer do it. We traveled to regina from our store in Saskatoon to get it ready for transport only to be told they could no longer do it. No apologies, no reason, no nothing. We ended up hiring the competition on short notice they were happy to help and also told us that this wasn't the first time they'd gotten business due to RDK suddenly canceling.
