Curtus helped me sell my house and guided me through the whole process step by step. It wasn't the best market to sell a house out of town in winter but he did it! He is very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. He was always there to answer any questions quickly no matter what time of day or night I messaged him. Curtus just helped me buy a home. Wanted to update my review in regards to him with buying process. Curtus is hands down the best realtor. He was so knowledgeable and patient through the entire process. He was always there for me and got back to me so quickly with any questions or concerns I had. I looked at a lot of houses and he didn't let me loose hope. I didnt think he would find the right home but in the end he found the perfect house in my price range in a great neighborhood. I am so beyond happy with my new home and the experience I had with curtus. He valued my needs and exceeded expectations every step of the way.

Curtus was outstanding through the entire selling process. He knew the details of the neighbourhood, what to consider to help determine asking price and his insights helped us get a fair selling price. Curtus set out expectations clearly so we knew how the selling process should go and potential issues. He also went the extra mile to help us arrange service folks to address home inspection items and ensure it was done timely to help close the deal. Curtus is a true professional from getting drone pictures to help market the property to his regular communication. I would highly recommend Curtus to anyone selling or buying.

We searched for MONTHS for the right house, and Curtus was so patient with us! He showed us countless houses, never pressuring, and while he would point things out in a home, he stayed very neutral and let us form our opinion about each one. He was very accommodating of our schedules, and very available- he really makes you feel like you’re the most important client!

When we finally found the right house, he was quick and professional in dealing with the seller. He must have good rapport with other realtors, because after just a short conversation he knew we needed to add a personal touch to our offer in order to win a bidding war! We have bought and sold and bought again through Curtus in the rural Regina area. We were not looking at million dollar homes, yet he treated us as if we were. I honestly don't have enough good things to say about him. Very considerate, patient, understanding and willing to give you space when you're looking/talking. He drove us around for HOURS and DAYS outside of the city, and to many different places, as we were looking to be rural. He is amazing at responding/getting back to you, even if it's a minor inquiry. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a place!
