I would like to say THANK YOU TO MS. LISA MURPHY for helping me out today. She had fixed my glasses where every optical shop had been close.even I did not bought my eyeglasses from Superstore, she fixed my glasses and informing me if it gets broken I can come back anytime or page her at store and she will gladly help me. It is very rare to see an employee who had a willing heart to help when they are busy. May god bless you. Thank you so much.

Today i come to superstore Prince of wales Regina SK at 7.55 PM. But unfortunately entrance door was closed. Can any one tell me the working hours.

I never really shop here. But I had a friend recommend something I can only get from the food section here. I was followed by a secret shopper for a bit of my visit here. I don’t support businesses that racial profile. I’ve been racially profiled at this location and the south Albert one. I made a complaint at the South location but nothing was done. I’ve never had this issue at Wal mart or Safeway. If you are a POC be prepared for the secret shoppers. Disappointing.

Superstore is there first place I go to for almost everything!

Best place for groceries, they have all the big brands, and offer their own great brands like No Name & PC. Speaking of PC this is the home of PC Optimum points which reward you for spending on almost anything at Superstore and Shoppers!

On top of food and toiletries, Superstore also offers great selection of clothing at Joe Fresh and has at Mobil!

Do not underestimate the power of PC points when I shop anywhere but Superstore I am basically missing out on great cash back!

Has worst customer service EVER, they are not friendly at all, especially the woman who is working on the morning shift

Click and Collect is an absolute mess. Often wait over 30 minutes for groceries and sometimes the click and collect stalls are being used by people shopping inside.

Superstore ranks on the lower end of the grocery pricing spectrum - meaning you'll get the same stuff for less money. In some cases, the difference can be pretty dramatic compared to places like Safeway for example.
However this comes at the cost of convenience, as they do not pack your groceries into bags for you, and recent remodelling has moved products into seemingly random locations throughout the store.
They also removed the central aisle meaning you'll be walking twice as far to get from one aisle to the next, and you'll probably have to walk down every aisle the first 100+ times you shop here (until you can remember where stuff is anyway)
The store gets EXTREMELY busy during the day on the weekends, so if you can instead shop at night (open to 11 basically every night of the week) or during business hours, you'll find waiting in line to be much less time consuming.
They also offer online shopping, however I've never used it and so cannot comment.

Great friendly staff, clean, bright & great prices, and they do price match from other competitors so it's a win win in my opinion. And weekly in store PC points offer on certain items

After waiting in line for an hour and a conversation with customer service.maybe its time to hire some staff and get rid of your self checkouts.

We got an amazing deal (40 percent off) on eyewear at the optical center, plus a free product bundle as a promotion. My previous glasses, of similar quality, were 4 times the price from the optometrist's retail outlet! Service was prompt and efficient. Great experience.

Went to the liquor store. Was disappointed they didn't have the social lite coolers that are keto friendly. Luckily I was able to get wine.

There are about 16 line of cashiers. And 3 express lines. And every time I go or anybody from the family goes is 4 line cashiers working and 1express. They should get more personal for the cashiers.

Lotsa variety reasonably priced long aisle hard to move on if looking for an item wait time for checkouts automated or express

This is the perfect place for shark out food and there's other species of edibles here as well with good prices. I wish they sold weenashtagiy here, I bet the old people would have loved the superstore. LMFAO hahahahahaha

Tried to use self check out to avoid the smell of employees working the tills but I think everyone else was doing the same. Found everything we needed and left.

I do not like the new layout! It feels like everything is moved and you have to walk the full length of every Isle. It took an extra half hour to get my groceries because of the changes. Not happy. I also don't think the grocery stole needs to sell alcohol IN the store.

They should make sure all their sale prices match with the price at the til, and take all point signs down, as soon as the promotion is over, or have to add those points to your pc optimum card so a person doesn't buy a product thinking they'll get points when in fact it's no longer valid.

Superstore is a great store with fresh produce. They got optical, pharmacy, mobile shop and variety of local and international groceries. Prices are medium. But they got perfect bonus point system that gives you discount. They have ATM instore and good customer service you can find almost anything there

Value and good prices keep me coming back for groceries. It can be a 'one shop stop' for value priced casual clothing, baby needs, gardening and outdoor living supplies as well. I particularly like that they are expanding their choices of vegetables, foods and spices that are used in cooking international cuisine. Much easier to find recipe ingredients.

Good prices and the meat prices are the best when your on a budget. No other store carry's bundle meat at that prices. If you look at Walmark they don't come close. So next stock up on deals.

It is one stop shopping centre. Everything is available at affordable matching prices. Have a huge parking amenity. Cash and cashless payment acceptable. Overall good place to buy anything.

Compared to other grocery stores Super Store has the largest natural and organic food selection. Some of the lowest prices from hwwhat I have price compared.

Will avoid this store at all costs. In a hurry to get stuff for my daughter's archery shoot. Just 2 items in and out right? Nope. Get to the till and the 1 item comes up $5 more expensive than marked on the shelf. Manager is called over and goes to the area while I'm waiting at the till. Now when I picked it out there were 3 like items in 3 different colors all marked at the cheaper price. When the manager calls the till back she tries to say that it was that price for only one color. I wish this wasn't typical of super store but this is not the first time. I have seen yellow price tags destroyed and told that wasn't the price on more than one occasion.

Good store l like to shopping there. They should hire my sun to work there as samting to do because he need the job yang high school student need money to help mam.lm single work very hard to live to survive

Was looking for a somewhat uncommon item and the 3 ladies standing by the isles in front of the tills were too busy chit chatting to actually help me find the item.

Loblaws! A billion in profit and still leaching off the Canadian taxpayer. Find some local producers and shops to spend your money at.

Worst customer service ever.girl named jaspreet she don’t even know how to talk to the customers.she start talking to the fellow cashier in her own language.she charged me $15 just for a refill of water.luckily i understand the language in which they are talking to each other and get to know what are they saying.

Their aisles are so long if you are in the wrong aisle you will have to go all the way to get the right aisle. Please make it short just like North Superstore. Also, workers aren't very knowledgeable about the stuff.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is literally the worst Superstore I have ever been to. They have never, in ever trip I have taken there, ever had the thing I have purposely gone there to get. Any time of day i have gone there the staff at Customer service is with rude ladies. Their produce always goes bad way before it should. Their meat looks awful. How do you have a giant grocery store with impudent ladies at customer service? Absolutely pathetic. It seems they need to pay to someone for a smile.

The store seems to have everything but after the liberals giving them 12 million dollars I don't know if I can support them anymore
