Real Canadian Superstore 15th Street

Spacious and clean. Friendly cashiers. Could use more in house pre-made meals and more variety of them. Need more fresh baking selections.

Average grocery store nothing really to different or unique about service is friendly, helpful the location is convenient.

On August 24th I purchased ground beef and got a shocker when I went to package it into smaller portions. The meat manager there must not realize that some people do this when purchasing their larger packages of meat. More so, that some people have scales at home to weigh portions. This manager though couldn't have known though that I worked in the meat industry for a number of years. This is how I discovered that this store had not been zeroing or taring the meat tray and soaker pad prior to putting the ground beef on the scale. This means that I along with everyone else who purchased that run of ground beef got charged the price of their weigh as ground beef. 102 grams worth. Doesn't sound like a lot to you? Times that by the number of trays created that run and I promise you it adds up quickly. More insult to injury is that when I reported this on the online survey, stating that I did want to speak to the store manager when asked, that must have gotten lost in the red tape. I've never heard from the store manager. Given these hard economic times, shame on you for not monitoring you meat dept closer. Shame on you again for the lack of concern to date with this issue.

This is my go to store when shopping for groceries, but recently my family and I came across a very rude cashier. Not going to depth on what happened but I will leave her name “ Kaitlen or Katelyn” she’s a cashier.

I enjoy shopping at the real Canadian superstore. Especially for fruits and vegetables. I met Hemant, one of the staff members who works in that section. He encouraged me to buy mangoes and I am glad I bought them. It was so good. Henan is friendly, polite, and very helpful. It's employees like him who make thr real canadian superstore a better place for customer experience than walmart.

Old lady with glasses needs to be written up for her approach with customers. I bought gummy worms and when I reached home I found they're expired. Went back to exchange it and the lady tells me I should've seen it before buying it? Like seriously? Do you wanna accept the fact that the product was outdated and sitting in the shelves and needs to be looked after. Highly disappointed. Overall superstore selection is good but they need sensible and good customer service people

Girl at the till was very good! Went in later at night food on floor in produce section felt a good cleanup was needed

Everything is good except a old lady with glasses on customer service. Today around 1.45pm asked her about shopping carts. As there were no shopping carts were inside store. She was really rude.said we don’t have time to grab carts for you guys. Go out grab from there.

PHARMACY REVIEW ONLY:
If you like waiting for over an hour for simple prescriptions, poor customer service, staff members that don't know aspirin from diapers.then this is the place to go. Calling ahead doesn't help either even an hours notice will be met with excuses about being short staffed.well.don't tell me it will be an hour then an hour later make me wait another 45 minutes.your staffing issues are not my issues. I just want some pills. Seriously.you can do better.other pharmacies in town can.so can you.

Clean environment with fairly priced items. I am usually able to find the items I need. Homeless individuals may be prevalent in the parking lot.

There needs to be more WORKING price check scanners throughout the store. Especially since there are so many items on the shelves without prices. Also, every time I have seen a pre-packed bulk food item I'd like to buy, it's always an absolutely ridiculous price. For instance, yesterday I was considering a small pack of neon sour gummy worms. They were $12.90! Its been this way several times with any pre-packed bulk foods i look into buying. Like WTH? Why so expensive? I passed on them. But please get more price check scanners!

Selling the same brand of international products way too expensive than walmart. Same brand thing at walmart costs $14 and superstore is selling at $22. Question is why?

Don't buy bagged produce like apples or potatoes here. There is always one or two bad pieces that will destroy your purchase in days. The latest example was a large bag of Golden Gems (potatoes), I had one meal and two days later it smelled like something died and I had to throw the rest out because at least half of them were like bloated sacs.

We visit this place very often as it's near our house. It's a great place just like Walmart. You can find everything from groceries to clothes, pharmacy, etc. You can also find a small mobile shop inside the store which provides you sim card of Bell mobile. Overall it's a great place to shop for your daily needs.

I like coming here as they have everything under one roof. It is also walking distance from where I’m staying.

Many categories of goods, but the choice is very limited. Prices often do not match, check the expiration date of the goods

What can you say. Slave to corporate greed, yet feeding a city. Good for you. Need more than 2 cashiers Saturday morning tho.

I usually liked to shop at superstore for every single thing until yesterday. I bought a pack of gummy worms from here and later when I reached home I noticed they were expired on November 24th 2022. So the next day I went to exchange it and told the front counter it is expired and didn’t realize while buying it. The old cranky lady there told me that it’s just been a week it’s expired so there’s nothing wrong. (Waoo, that’s what you’re telling a customer).
Later she stated I already ate half of it. (Despite me telling I was eating it and later when I closed the lid I saw the expiry and soon came here the next day to exchange it).
She just rudely told me go get another one as if she’s doing me a favour of some sort. Later when I came with the new box and waited at the customer service desk she looked at me and went to another lady.

Isn’t it management’s responsibility to look at expired stuff in shelf? Well I understand that you can’t keep an eye on everything but at the same time if customer is coming to resolve his problems this is what you get to here.

Get some worthy workers at superstore who have smile on their face and will respect and resolve it. Even I work on minimum wage but this isn’t how I’d treat my customers. Utterly disappointed and ruined my day
