Nice store. Been shopping there for more than ten years.
But lately, the guards are so suspicious. They stare at you as if you are a thief.
You can even hear the voice from monitor people. Yet they check the receipt of honest people while the thieves run away.

You can get whatever you need from groceries, household items, foods, milk, etc. Basically, whatever your need is can be obtained from this store.

Last Sunday I went shopping. The staff who’s looking around the self checkout they are horrible and rude. They maybe Arabs.

Can you imagine walking around with a dinky little basket picking up a week's worth of stuff? No? I tried and failed. So nice of them to pass along in store currency so I can hi-jack their own carts. Now my plan is in motion.

Very nice place to go get some groceries, good pricing and really fresh vegetables and fruits.

Decent location and ok selection. I know it's Superstore, but still, they should provide better carts without requiring one to find a loonie (at least the liquor store readily provided change).

I buy everything I need for my household, baby items and groceries. Friendly staff and customers my number one spot for shopping for your needs and recommend friend's and family to stop at Superstore.

I typically use the pick up option rather than going inside. However, the personal shoppers sometimes forget items or give me soon to be expired items. Ive gotten moldy vegetables and ripped bags of bread. Its an extreme inconvenience coming back to return items because youre already home by the time you realize something is missing or not in good condition. It takes 30 days for refund so i opt for points. Also, do not buy Beets from here because theyare always bad. Always. Check expiry dates too because i dont think they check when they pick your order. But its convenient in that i dont have to go inside and shop, however, it has its negatives. Prices are ok. People so-so. Customer service really so-so especially from PC express, bit rude.

I like shopping at superstore because of the awesome prices. But I dont like security tryna follow me around when I'm not stealing.

Great place to shop for variety. Pricing is usually good and the kids raved about their pre cooked barbecue chicken. Their tellers are great and always tell you of any promo you may qualify for.

Great selection of products, bags of ice are kind of expensive at $2.75 a bag as they aren't really big for the price $2.00 would be a fair price but otherwise great store.

Warm price and excellent service from its staff, as well as Mexican products! (Cálida precio y excelente atención de su personal ¡además productos mexicanos!).

Those working at the customer service here is very rude! Shannon if that’s her name have no idea how to be a good customer service rep…

Ordered through curbside pickup, they loaded the order into my vehicle. When I got home I realised they gave me a product I was allergic to instead of what I ordered. I paid a convenience fee for a reason, to not have to come back twice in one day. When I went to return the lady at customer service barely listened to what I said, picked up a phone call while I was talking. Very very horrible experience.

There needs to be someone to get the carts from the parking lot and bring them inside so that they can warm up and be sterilized especially when the temperature drops below -30 Celcius

Pretty average for a large box/grocery chain. Very limited gluten free products options. Very good international selection.

Gong show at its best. Need some beef? Check the cereal aisle. What about fresh fruit? Maybe in the detergent aisle. You get what you get. And don't get me started on those credit card sales people.

There’s a lot going on! Maybe it’s the isolation hermit in me, but wow.a little scary. The store had precautions/restrictions going on, but no floor signage. As a result, people were all over the place & social distance wasn’t always being kept. Shocking, I know.but we need to do better.

The store itself, lots of selection, good variety, and a couple sections made me want to come back & try some food items out. I just got what I needed this trip, but maybe next paycheque?

My shopping experience at Real Canadian Superstore.was so easy as selves are stocked n such polite floor workers.high five ‍️ for job well dun.

Always enjoy going here, however they were out of hand sanatizer at the entrance, and when I asked for some the employee kind of laughed it off. Not what I'd expect in our current situation.

Mandatory masks in effect, there were at least 3 people in your store without one on. I spoke to 2 girls in produce and 1 at the customer service desk and all I got was well we cant force them to wear masks. Also called and talked to a manager the next day and got the same story. Not shopping there again.

We use the online pickup order, this last time we picked up they somehow lost over $100 worth of groceries. We had to go back in the evening to pick up what they forgot. But they did make it right

You'll find all your grocery needs here a long with toys and clothing, a bit pricey for the clothing at times but good products.

PC Express needs a Major overhaul. 3 orders, 3 weeks in a row.twice I've had to cancel the orders because they called within half an hour of my time slot telling me that my order isn't.ready.that my order has been pushed back and couldn't guarantee when it would be ready. Gave them one last chance.no phone call.great, order must be good. Go half hour into my time slot @5: 30 (pick up between 5-6). And my order isn't ready. Given the same excuses.was told it would be 20 minutes. Another lady called back and said 20-30 mins. I give them that. My order is still not ready. I pulled into the first available lane #11. All other spots are full. I'm told only 3 of these orders are people who were pushed back. Why? ! Why is my order pushed and these other 7 people can get their orders on time? Absolutely unacceptable. Either lessen the amount of pick up slots until you have the proper amount of staff (or trained staff) because this is just terrible. I have two of my kids with me and had planned to have our supper made with these groceries I should have been able to collect over an hour ago.

I went to get some food. 3 items were on sale didnt receive any of them and the cashier had told me that this was a problem the other day even though they kept the signs up and didnt honor the sale price that was posted.very bad service
