I am a frequent Superstore customer. First time I have been in the moose jaw location. Store was fairly clean. The layout is quite confusing because they stuck the toiletries, pet food, and other household stuff right in the middle of all the food isles. Line-ups were average length, I opted for self checkout so I could get out quicker. The employee at the self checkouts was friendly and smiles, and the employee I spoke with at customer service was also friendly.

This is an update to many problems I've encountered using pc express.
A manager from Superstore contacted me this morning and we had a very good discussion about the problems I've experienced over the past year. The manager took ownership of the problems and explained to me the path she intends to take to rectify these issues. So I am very happy and satisfied with the response and look forward to seeing these changes implemented.
Old review: Customer service doesn't exist. The mistakes! OMG the CONSTANT mistakes especially when ordering through pc express. They forget stuff. They charge you for things you called to have removed from the order and again of course remind them when you arrive but they still screw up. It's like having a little kid you have to constantly check up on because every week they make a mistake with my order. Wishing Moose Jaw had a better option for a large budget friendly grocery store but we don't. And this store knows it so they just don't care to make any changes. If this only happened once or twice I'd overlook it as mistakes. Buy every week? Not impressed.

Great place very good prices and so much to choose from.its kinda hard to complain about the store being to big considering they have everything, but if I had any complaint it would be that it's just to darn big.and many some of the staff could be more knowledgeable on where to find things that's all.

Great service n friendly staff but prices r outrageous on some items the big sandwich I purchased was ready for garbage in Calgary welted lettuce tasted awful threw out, bad enough at prices $11.00 to throw away which shouldn't have been in display period shame on them to even offer lucky grabbed a salad as well n bacon in that was odd as well, time to b cautious on purchases

A store with a large selection of products. I was especially pleased with the availability of various seafood products, which makes this shop stand out from the rest.

I always make sure to leave a message asking them to carefully pick my produce as I’ve seen them be quite careless. Normally it’s ok when I leave a message. Sometimes horrible and I just don’t have the money to be wasting. Thanks but no thanks! Do better. I just ordered today and I get home and my watermelon that I paid to be organic wasn’t, the tomatoes are rotting, and the cantaloupe doesn’t look good either. Broccoli will need to be eaten today as well.

Great selection of product. If you are on a budget, they often put near expiry food on clearance at much better price than other grocery store in town. I often find stuff reduced at $0.94 and sometime less which is much better than Walmart. However, they often mislabel the prices of various items, or put items in the wrong location which is misleading for most of us. You really need to check the prices when checking out.

Got strawberries just 2 days ago and it already have mold on it. It is not the first time it also happened previously with me. Plz it is a request to keep an eye on your fresh food product on display.

I don’t shop at the Superstore in Victoria because it’s not convenient to my home and so I haven’t done a grocery shop I one for a decade I’m sure. I accompanied my son on a shopping trip and was impressed with how well stocked the store was and what good variety was offered. Produce looked fresh and the sale items we noticed were enticingly priced.

Lady at the self checkout should keep his mouth shut this morning at 9: 00am, if you do not enough cashiers. Just work on your one problem first and then teach other.

Can’t stand the way they price, tills are always off and over charges you and the points system is basically dead…. Why go then? I guess most of the staff are nice?

The gas bar Manger is rude and his as he sad his brother in law. Both rude. I go get gas prepay and the pump didn't work takeing my money, so I go in to talk to the guy show him it comeing out then get told I'm a lier.
So borrow money to get gas so I can get my car out from the pump.
The next day the Manger was to meet and he isn't in sick. Then get told wife is a lier and would not let me speak to another person higher then him. This all started the 2nd February it's now the 8th.

Very busy store self check out was full and everyone needing assistance at the same time the attendant handled herself very professionally much better then I wudda done.

Staff have bad attitudes and treat customers like they are doing them favor being there. Produce is rotten or al.ost spoiled and shelves are left empty. Would advise shopping elsewhere for your groceries

Loved it. Had the bread I loved. It would be nice if superstore included donuts with jelly in them.

Clean. Easy to find what you need. Staff actually helps you. Good place for groceries or a quick meal to go.
