Red Swan Pizza

I use to say Red Swan is the best pizza in Humboldt, well this is the last time I ever order from there ever again. Over an hour and no pizza, i called the restaurant no answer. I am now at A&W instead of enjoying a pizza and wings

The best ever pizza I have had since I moved from Calgary to Humboldt. I tried All dressed pizza and Spicy chicken pizza. They are Too yummy. My kids love it so much. I really recommend Red Swan Humboldt.

Ive seen major improvements with this location in the last year. Friendlier staff and better food being served, we are once again happy customers of red swan humboldt

I it very good the tuscany chicken is to die for and what a great deal for a quick cheep easy lunch to share with a friend at work

If i could give it a 0 rating i would. 1 pizza and dry ribs and we didn't recieve our order for over an hour while multiple people came and went with pizzas.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Red Swan in Humboldt and Both times have delivered undercooked pizza! I thought the first time was just bad luck but this 2nd time undercooked is completely uncalled for!

There keto crust pizzas are awesome and the toppings are excellent.some times getting your order can take a little time and the staff doesn't always seem enthused to help.overall really tasty pizza

So were clear i have ordered from Red Swan all over from winnipeg to Humboldt. Always great so good in fact that I’m considering this a one off. Saturday I ordered large pizza nachos and wings will start with the pizza.

The pizza though was so undercooked that my fingers went into itThe toppings we’re burnt and stuck to the top of the inside of the box.

Nachos look like they were crumbs a handful of full-size chips at best. The toppings were also stuck to the top of the box.

The wings were great!

The only reason i am even writing a review is because they did not respond to me. I am not holding the Red Swan franchise responsible. I am holding the Humboldt Saskatchewan red‘s one responsible for the lack of food quality and consistency. How many times what day I’ve had to look at my food and say hey this is OK to send to somebody. Regardless of any online reply I will no longer be spending my money I’d ride swan in Humboldt Saskatchewan this was a disgusting experience. I have no photos to offer due to the fact that I just figured this was a one off and they made a mistake but the fact that I was not reply to you tells me so much more about this Humboldt Saskatchewan rats want pizza

Have ordered a few times now and was happy with the pizzas for the price. Customer service could improve as I have phoned for take out and got the “busy” tone or it kept ringing and no one picked up as I tried for probably half an hour to get through. Other than that good for the price.

I ordered Sweet & Spicy Lovers without any Chorizo Sausage. First they send me with it and when I complained they send me replacement same with Chorizo Sausage. Not a good way to run busses

Pizza is good but the customer service has gone downhill. Last time I placed an order I couldn’t get them to answer the phone. I placed the order online and showed up about 45 minutes later (gave them a little extra time because I figured they were busy). They hadn’t started my pizza yet and I was told it would be at least and hour before it would be ready. I didn’t get a “Sorry for the wait were really busy” or “We can give you a call when it’s ready”, they just acted as though they really didn’t have time to talk about this. I took my business somewhere else.

Last time their pizza crust tasted odd last time we ordered. So I sent them a message giving them a heads up that their crust was off. They messages me back and they fix it and sent us new pizzas. I did not expect anything but this was a nice surprise.lol to bad my husband just had a tooth removed. Oh well he got a few pieces in.
