Red Swan Pizza

Every time I've ordered delivery, it goes to the wrong address. I specifically have them repeat my address back to me before finalizing my order and they still get it wrong. I was told "we sent it to the last address you ordered to" when I have never once ordered to said address. It's a shame. This business used to be so much better but the customer service has gone down the drain.

I had an amazing experience at this pizza store! The pizza was incredibly delicious, with a perfect balance of toppings and a mouthwatering crust. The service was prompt and friendly. I can't wait to come back for more!

Absolute worst experience. They gave us the wrong pizzas. I called in and explained what occurred the man who answered who says his name is “ Will “ was so ignorant and rude, said he couldn’t do anything, I asked if I could speak to a manager. No manager was In and he said he didn’t know when he would be, because “ he won’t be in tomorrow “ I’m completely taken away by this experience. Wow. Didn’t offer to replace, didn’t offer a refund, was completely rude!

Received call not even an hour later - from someone claiming that the manager saw my review. They offered me to pick up next time 2 medium free pizzas, then asked me to remove my review (absolutely not!)
Since I didn’t remove my review, the next day I get contacted again and they ask me to remove my review once again. I do not owe this place any loyalty, and will not be returning regardless of what was offered to me. I stand by my review- make appropriate changes! There have continued to be bad reviews written after mine and well before mine. Stop asking to have reviews taken down and better your service and standards!

Extremely rude, constantly hanging up on me, they don't deliver to the exhibition area? But they did just a few weeks prior? I made it over there and waited over an hour for it to show up it never showed up so I called and I guess my order was never made in the first place. So then they make my order, and they asked me if it's her delivery or pick up and I needed it delivered with debit another hour goes by and the guy finally shows up doesn't even have everything I ordered nor does he have a debit machine. He wanted to take the food back to the restaurant get the debit machine and come back so the pizza would be extremely cold by then. They run such a terrible business, and it's really too bad because I actually like their Pizza. The owner is just really need to learn how to run a business properly and efficiently and treat their customers with respect. I will never order from there again ever. I wrote my first review a year ago and they just responded to it 2 weeks ago you really think I still have my order or receipt? I don't think so you're Pizza parlor is a joke no joke.and not to mention, it is extremely expensive two pizzas and I believe a pop I can't remember exactly in the order but I do recall it was over $70 way overpriced.

Just ordered pizza’s from this location and got it wrong second time in a row. On calling them back, first the lady on the phone said they made it right and then very poorly offered credit for the next time. They don’t understand the fact that it was somebody’s dinner. They really need to work on their customer service skills and pizza making too. Utterly disappointing never going back, not even for the said credit.

Order a Large pizza and get this burned out pizza. I have never eat a pizza like this before its almost burned and very low quality pizza i have ever ordered never recommend anyone to order from this store and i will never order pizza for myself again from this restaurant even i have to drive 10 kms to another store but not them again …….

Worst ever ever ever employee don’t know how take order and after mistake they they irritate customer i order pizza just three toppings that’s it and they don’t understand what m saying they didn’t deserve even one star it’s third time happened with us two time i found hair in my pizza i do have pictures in my phone food quality is so low

Not nearly as good as it was. Undercooked dough. Bland, and hardly anything other than dough. Over all just disappointing compared to how it was, next time we will go for TJ's.

Pizza and service has been great everytime I've ordered from here. I like the sesame seeds on the crust. They also have non dairy cheese which is great for me.

Delivered wrong pizza and they don’t know how to speak with customer we are paying for pizza and all he does is argue

Worst customer service!

We placed an order of deal 4 taco pizza and another customized deal 4 pizza. The customized pizza was good but the taco pizza looked like it was assembled by a little kid. Extremely unprofessional! I had the same pizza from 8th street swan pizza and it tasted amazing and appetizing to eat.

I'd have gone back to get a refund but the store is 30mins away from home.

Great pizza only wish we had one here. We had their pizzas from different locations across western Canada and they were consistently very good.

Extremely rude Asian guy on the phone when I tried to call and order. I have been to this place and the food is great but this guy had a disgusting loud mouth.never ordering again!

We have been in Saskatoon for over two years and have been looking for a pizza place we love and we have finally found it. We love the regular crust with the sesame seeds and always get pepperoni, mushroom, green pepper as we love traditional pizza and we all love it. Hubby, myself and momma
