I ordered two large pizzas it was worst like it was uncooked never gonna order pizzas again from this location

Paneer tikka, honey garlic chicken pizza and nachos was amazingly delicious. Highly recommend the family combo. Good customer service.

Last time I eat here.pizza was undercooked and raw. Time before pizza to be rdy in 15min come back told oh we didn't have crust u wanted so had to reorder. No sorry. Staff does not have any skill with customer.

Very friendly place to visit and staff is very polite and helpful. I Personally appreciate the staff members and manager who are working very hard to complete their orders in timely manner even it’s day or night. Doesn’t matter if it’s busy they make the pizza correctly by quantity and quality and they very delicious and mouthwatering

We ordered 2 chicken pizza with onion, pepper and other ingredients from Stonebridge branch.we used to order cheese pizza but we decided to try new one but it was very bad idea.the pizza had not contain any of the ingredients we asked for and it was burnt for the edges! Me and my family really upset and frustrated

I ordered one veg and one chicken but when I opened them at home both were chicken. The staff should pay attention when they are taking orders.

If you are going to order from this location, you're more than likely going to have to place the order in person, or on the website. I tried to place an order by phone, and was left on hold for more than 20 minutes. Drive down to the location, and there isn't a soul in the place besides the workers.

I tried to order a special promotion that is on right now the girl on the phone had no clue what I was referring to. Poor communication is obviously going on so no deal, no problem cause Pizza Hut had great deals was happy ordering from them another fail from Red Swan pizza…

I’m not usually the person that gives bad ratings, but I made an online order and it came missing an item. I called them and they told me they would deliver it in 25 minutes. I told them I will come and pick it up instead as it may takes way less time that way. I go in there, and they say to wait for a few minutes for it to be ready. I’m not impressed at all. I don’t appreciate that. I’m in the middle of moving and I figured ordering food will make my life a bit easier, but instead I went out in the middle of packing to pick up the item I paid for to be delivered in the first place. First and last time I order from this place.

Our pizza arrived uncooked and inedible. Called the restaurant and they said to deal with Skip. Contacted Skip and they offered us 50% of what we paid ($60 for two medium pizzas). This is the second time this has happened at this location so we will move on and try somewhere else.

Pizza burnt and not edible. Restaurant put it on Skip to deal with, then argued about it, then wanted pictures - and still no refund. Pictures show menu photo and my pizza.
