I decided to change the Iphone I had selected and Terrence was incredibly helpful. He clarified my options and then started the process while I was able to speak with the fulfilment group. I found he was pleasant and very knowledgeable on what was required for this process. Keep up the good work!

Christina M.was extremely helpful, went above and beyond to resolve my concern. I would suggest that when someone is ordering a phone that it be mentioned that it doesn't come with a charger. I have several chargers but none were compatible. If I had known that I would have gone with Best Buy or ordered one at the time, saving on mailing charges. Now I have to wait a few days for the charger and my present phone is not working well.

I wish I could give less than 1 stars. The way this organization conducts itself is a joke. I have been trying to sign up via their employee pricing plan for weeks. They have asked for documentation which I have provided numerous times, and they will again circle back, with the same generic email asking for the same documentation over and over again. I have tried to call and was on hold for over 2 hours. I have asked to escalate to anyone else other than their operations and support team to no avail. I have had never had as much trouble as a consumer for signing up or purchasing any item, let alone a phone plan.

Requiring ID to conduct a "credit check" is already much, but understandable as its their policy. This thorough credit check is apparently much harder than getting a credit card or a mortgage. But once documentation is provided it is ridiculous to ask for it again and again 1,2,3,4,5 times. Without any explanation on why "more documentation was needed". Or what was unsatisfactory about the documentation that was provided.

They quoted inconsistencies on the addresses of some of the cards, which we proved with our Rogers account, id's, and from our application.

The customer service experience is terrible. If you're interested in Rogers' services, it's better to go directly to Rogers or some other retail store. These individuals lack competence.

That 1 star is for having decent pricing and good presale service.

The other 4 they didn't get? For horrifically bad sale/post-sale experience. To be specific:
- Takes at least an hour on hold to get to anyone. I've been bounced off hold and hung up on after 2+ hour waits. Go hire some extra reps before announcing Black Friday deals, folks.
- Their text message system doesn't work after presale
- Couldn't activate the BYOD tablet plan I ordered. I finally had to get a Rogers rep to do it so I could quit paying for my prior service, after waiting fruitlessly for a week and a half.
- Lied about said tablet line being roaming-free in the US. (To be fair, so did Telus, but it should be said.)
- Activated an extra line on my account for a day, leading to an extra $60 service fee that I've now been through 4 reps and nearly 2 hours on hold to reverse, and nobody can. If the next rep can't do it, I'm sucking it up, taking my lumps, and taking Telus's win-back offer.

AVOID.

Do not use Red Wireless. They require a credit check for a sim card, which is already an inconvenience. Additionally, there is no physical office to visit and address any issues.
Rogers can not solve your problem.
The customer service number is equally unhelpful, as you will likely be kept on hold for over an hour with no resolution in sight.

Their support team sucks…. I would highly suggest not purchase any plan or cell phone from these guys…. Worlds poorest customer service. If you wait to connect them for whole day still they busy
