Regal Nails, Salon & Spa

First time I have ever been to a Regal Nails and I was not too pleased. The shape and length was not what I had asked for. I wanted coffin shape but it looks like somebody got a big nails and cut it from half. I wasted my $65 for what I had gotten done. Staff doesn’t know how to deal with customers, I felt racism. I will not be returning to this place.

Online things were good but in person experience was not so great. Didn’t find it worth money spent. Rush services. The lady seemed angry on last minute appointment- smiled only at the end.

I went there because I saw what they offered on their instagram and it looked great. But boy oh boy I was wrong. The nail tech burned my skin with the drill every time. The shape was wrong and the length she gave me was not what I asked for. My thumb nails are shorter than every other nail and my last 2 nails on each hand are curved up like they are lifting. I will not being going back there again. Sometimes it’s just better to stay with what you know and trust!

*Update* Regal nails contacted me about my bad experience and offered to fix my nails for free. I went in got it fixed by Hana and now they look a lot better and the thumbs nails are to the length I wanted them. Thank you for offering to fix it and resolve the issue. I appreciate it. Thank you Hana for doing such a great job! Highly recommend if you do go to Regal ask for Hana

*UPDATE 2*However I still won’t be returning as I have had 2 nails already break off and it’s only been a week! I have never had my nails break this easily and this quickly. I high recommend doing your research before going to Regal Nails!

Booked a bridal party for pedicures and manicures on Thursday evening. Amazing service! They closed the salon for us, put up private curtains, brought in a photographer and let us bring our own food and drink in. Would highly recommend to anyone! You’d never even know you were inside a Walmart.

I had the joy of Mimi today! She was so sweet and thoughtful, and she did my acrylics.i have only ever gone to a nail salon twice, so i dont really know what the standard is, but it took her 2 hours to do my set, and she forgot to do a small detail on the photo i showed her. Its not her fault though, because i believe she doesn’t have a lot of experience and i didn't remind her about the detail. My nails are absolutely gorgeous though, and she did an amazing job️

Today was my first visit to Regal and I was impressed. I have nails that tear and are painful and they took the time to repair thoroughly. My technician was Tia and she was excellent and very sweet! I will be back. Thank you!

Hana never fails to amaze me when i come here, Any picture ive shown her of what i wanted, she has always done it perfectly. I would always come in & never book with anyone but ever since that first appointment with Hana, I have never booked with anyone else. Hana is always super friendly, pays attention to detail & takes her time. She always makes sure, i like my nails before anything. This Nail Salon is clean, professional & will always make time for loyal customers. Thank you for the best service everytime. 10 Stars every single time.

I had an appointment for 9: 15am June 22nd for an acrylic set. I have never been here before and my first experience wasn't great. I went to customer service at 9: 10 to ask what time they open at, you are supposed to be open at 9am to prepare the space and nobody showed up to even open until 915, right at my appointment time. Rolling in late, and not being greeted in any way, such as a hello, good morning, so sorry we are late etc, nothing but told to sit at a specific station.in which was not sanitized from the day before, the other stations looked clean but mine still had dust on the seat of the chair, and an excessive amount all around the arm rest, which tells me nothing was wiped down. A towel was thrown over top and called it a day. I still again was not said hello to at all at this point, asked me what am I wanting today? Very unfriendly. Finally with maybe 20 minutes to being done my appointment she asked if I was working today, and I replied that yes I had clients that afternoon. She then suddenly apologized for earlier- standing there waiting for them to open. Had I never mentioned I had clients of my own in the beauty industry, I feel as though I never would have received that apology at all. I would still recommend, as the work itself was done beautifully however customer service was subpar and had I not had a wedding coming up this weekend and leaving the next day, with no time to find else where in such a time crunch, I would have got up and left when sat at an unsanitary station and the unfriendly vibes. Im not a morning person either, but damn, a good morning would suffice. All in all, happy with my nails but not the experience.

Got in right away, service was amazing. They really care to do a good quality work. My feet never felt so good because of the time spent on the skin as well as the nails. Highly recommend this place. Clean and friendly, professional staff.

Worst service ever. First of all, they didn’t seem sure that I had an appointment even thought I confirmed it the day before. I also made sure to send the photo of what I wanted. Once arrived there, the lady told me that she couldn’t do what I wanted even thought I sent a picture the day before. She tried to sell me fake nails as well. I even repeated three times that I am okay with the style beeing different since my nails were shorter than the photo. She didn’t seem to want to accommodate me and got back to wanted me to buy fake nails. Poor service!
