Regal Tower I

I have been living here for last 4 months and waiting for my underground parking and staff does not provide me any details about my number in the waiting list so that I can get an idea about how much time it may take to get my underground parking slot. I am not sure what's confidential in providing details about my number in the waiting list.
It should be transparent. Its ridiculous.

Worst place to live in saskatoon!
Very very rude staff, they will be nice to you when you want to rent a house and will something after sometime, there is no privacy staff can enter your room whenever they want to, the parking prices increases exponentially, the noises from constructions are never ending, won't recommend!

What a gem! I am so grateful to live at regal tower II.wonderful building management, she had made the move in process so delightful, she is a real professional. The beautiful interior of the building is kept exceptionally clean. My suite was renovated and with high end finishes. I am absolutely wowed with my experience with regal tower II. The Building is quiet and other tenants are very nice. All in all regal tower II takes apartment living to the next level.

Just moved in recently into Tower 2 and the feel in great.
A very functional and resident caring service apartment. Great location and well managed - clean, good parking space and generally good facility.
I will definitely recommend this place any time any day.

Apartments at Regal Tower 1 are convenient to public transportation, shopping centers (for daily necessities and home appliances), public school division (for child admission), USask, Sask polytechnic, public library, city bus service office (for bus pass), entertainment, open door and SGI (for driving license and photo card). If you're looking for a place as a new immigrant to invest your money and enjoy life, look no further. Exquisite scenery may be enjoyed from both indoors and out.

Great building, has a built in gym as well as a rec room with very friendly staff and well maintained building. Highly recommend.

The apartments in Regal Tower II are a comfortable and well-maintained place to live due to their proximity to significant city landmarks. This is without a doubt the ideal investment destination, with excellent living conditions. Inside and out, there's a fantastic view.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The entire year I lived here was a nightmare.they unlawfully entered rooms in my place. They were putting notices and notice of entry under my door weekly. A construction job that should have been a month or two took almost 7. The workers are so rude and very intrusive. They harass you constantly over the most minor things. The place is a nightmare, it deteriorated my mental health. Stay away if you care to live a peaceful life.

My Wife and I made boardwalk Regal Tower ll our home for 4.5 years. We are looking forward to moving back and making it our retirement home.
We can’t say enough good things with all boardwalk staff.

Boardwalk has been home for 3 years and we love it. Thanks boardwalk for addressing the security concerns and always having someone available when we need it! Plan to live here for a long while.

Its been Home for just a very short few weeks. Moved in February 1st/2018. We had officially slept our first night in our new home as of January 31st/2018. We enjoy it so far. Easy to get to anything and every thing that requires us to run errands, public transit, university and the Saskatchewan river are just a few short walks on a beautiful summer day, I know that there isn't going to be anything more gorgeous than the downtown in summer. Going for walks down by the river. Attending all events happening downtown ongoing throughout the whole year. Free skating at the delta bessborough hotel on 7th ave. To the children a festival in summer as well as taste of Saskatoon. Many many more I'm so excited and cannot wait until summer or even tomorrow possibly so that I am able to go and explore the ice rink that's only a couple or a few blocks away. With my partner Jeremy Broughton. I love you honey always. Can't wait to enjoy, yet experience all this beautiful city of ours and all the wonderful things there is to do here in the summer. As well as the beautifully vast array of green trees that line the sides of the streets hanging over the road as you wind driving along the river with this green blanket of lush green leaves of summer in Saskatchewan.
