Took my tesla model 3 here and got it back in 5 days. Staff were great and friendly. Workmanship was excellent. My car was detailed inside and out. Couldn't be more happy

Extremely satisfied. Above and beyond. Great customer service. I'm honestly surprised they didn't give me a free set of tires seeing how far they go for their clients. 10/10 will always use RAB for my bodywork needs.

Regina Autobody did a great job repairing my car after it was rear ended. The drop off and pickup process was very efficient and the staff were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend their services.

Update: I went here again and everything was immaculate. They cleaned the car so nicely, repairs were good.

-They communicated clearly, but the original estimate was 2 days and it took nearly too weeks. I was updated throughout.but I perhaps they need to set an outside timeline.

I cannot say enough good things about Regina Autobody. I brought my vehicle in a few years ago after an accident and noticed this summer the paint was peeling. I contacted them and they re-painted all under warranty.

Communication was excellent and prompt; drop off and pick up were easy and convenient; and the front desk staff were so friendly. I don’t have any complaints whatsoever and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RAB. It’s easy to see why they have been in business for so long!

Very satisfied with my experience at Regina Auto Body. I had an SGI claim for hail damage from 2022. The team there had a cancellation back in May and got my vehicle in early for some paint less dent repair, and then finished the job in August once back ordered parts were available. In both instances, the vehicle was done quicker than scheduled and the team was very good at keeping me updated on progress. As an added bonus, they were even able to help me return my rental vehicle when my vehicle was done. Would highly recommend them for future work, and will be back if I ever need some!

Again for the umpteenth time Regina Auto Body was unbelievable. They handled everything with SGI. They did the appraisal, worked with SGI, took care of the rental car, etc.

I have used Regina Auto Body a few times and have never been disappointed with their quality of work.
The only downside is that I had to wait months for the back order parts to arrive. The upside was that the vehicle was still drivable during the long wait!

I love that they communicate with real text messages (not just automated ones) to keep me informed every step of the way. Drop off was simple and they offered a complimentary uber ride to work. Pick up was just as easy and I was able to leave my rental car at RAB and they handled the return. ON TOP of all that, my new bumper looks amazing and my car was detailed and fresh. I've had my car repaired here twice and would definitely come back.

I had the vehicle in for hail damage. The reason for 3 stars is I had to scrub black marks off the windshield frame & there is a mark on the roof at the back that wasn’t there before. On the positive side, they will look at the spot next week & they cleaned my vehicle, which was a surprise & very much appreciated. They are very friendly.

Friendly staff, and I appreciated the Uber ride back to my home when I left my car. The staff were really helpful when texting me updates about my car, and went beyond expectations to confirm with me what side my torn backseat was (it was previously torn, I was looking at replacing it in my own time) They arranged after hours pick up. Even though the lockbox gave me grief, (probably due to user error haha) a gentleman who was off for the day came to help me, took my papers, and waited while I grabbed my items from the rental. He didn't have to as he was off the clock and on his way home but he was so patient! I also loved how they took care of my rental arrangements by calling on my behalf, booking a rental, and letting me know updates.

Overall Regina Auto Body made my car fix up easy to maneuver around. Thank you very much!
