As always, I had a wonderful experience dealing with Kristy and Justin. Ordered my 2023 CX-5 in December and Kristy offered me a CX-5 that was being delivered in March 2023 instead of the anticipated 4-6 month delivery so I switched colours and my new CX-5 showed up last week. The sales process was quick and pricing was what I expected. This is my second CX-5 bought from Regina Mazda and the friendliness and assistance from Regina Mazda (Kristy and Justin) is great and refreshing. It is just too bad that their inventory is lacking. Darn supply chain issues.

We were in the market for a new vehicle. We spent 2 months researching, test driving and talking to sales representatives in Regina from Honda, Kia, Toyota, Nissan, and Hyundai.
While most were surprisingly good to deal with, Regina Mazda was EXCEPTIONAL! We ended up purchasing a 2023 CX50 from them. What a great experience this was from start to finish. We definitely did not enter this process expecting to purchase a Mazda.

They were the only dealership that we did not feel pressured to buy their product. They were also much more knowledgeable regarding the mechanical aspects of their vehicle than were many of the other dealerships and they ensured we met with their general manager on our very first visit.

During our first visit to this dealership, they gave us the keys to a new CX50 and permitted us to drive it without requiring a salesperson to accompany us. They were extremely honest (and accurate) regarding the expected time delay to acquire our new vehicle and the price they quoted on our FIRST visit was the exact price we ended up paying for the vehicle when it arrived a few months later. They did not add any additional market adjustment costs, dealership fees or other miscellaneous fees to their price, nor did they try to upsell us into purchasing any other product or service.

The only surprise we had was when they unexpectedly provided us with a couple of (costly) options, at their expense, to ensure we would be totally happy with our new vehicle.

Kristy and Justin were (are) amazing. There is not a single negative comment that I could make regarding the manner in which we were treated from day one. It was like dealing with a much beloved family member. Thank you so much!

Prior to concluding, I just want to add my two-cents regarding a couple of negative comments on this website. One was posted by a person who lives in another province and has never set foot in this dealership. They are just unhappy with Mazda Canada, so are trashing all Mazda dealerships. Not fair to Regina Mazda at all!

In reviewing the negative post from another person (who left a 1-star review), I noted that 31 out of his 41 reviews were all 1-star reviews. Apparently, no restaurant, car dealership, business, or service provider can come close to providing him with the level of service he is entitled to. I think this speaks louder about this reviewer, than it does about all the various businesses he reviews.

My wife bought a Mazda CX 5 about two years ago, and we had an amazing and positive experience with the Salesperson DK, also we’be been having an excellent experience with the service team. So, I decided to buy another Mazda for myself, and again we had an excellent experience.

I'm a big fan of the sales and service department here. They've always given me excellent service after I bought my car there in 2019. I will continue buying Mazda vehicles and taking them there for servicing. They're just great

Sales and service do not cooperate or even talk to one another. Was told I HAD to do service on my car that wasn’t even required. Most unorganized dealership. Won’t purchase through or deal with again.

My girlfriend is looking for a new vehicle. The no pressure sales staff are great to deal with. They let had various models and trim levels for her to compare in person. Always liked Mazdas and their fit and finish.

My girlfriend ended up buying a Mazda which is a great SUV. The only complaints we have are that they never told us they charge $1000 for paint protection. I feel this should have been disclosed up front. We also tried to get winter tires, I left a voice-mail and came to the dealer and left another message and never heard back.

I stopped by to check out the new models and the moment I walked through the door it felt like they really appreciated me stopping by. The sales guy didn't pressure me in any way, just asked a few questions on what I wanted in a new vehicle and made a few suggestions. I also appreciate the time the finance manager took to explain all of the options that they have for financing a new vehicle. I will definitely be back to purchase my next car from Regina Mazda!
