I cannot say enough wonderful things about the clinic. Two teens with perfect smiles is the result of a great consult, clear direction and commitment from us as the family and the clinic as the experts. Dr Olfert is clear, fun and genuinely wants the. East for his patients. The staff are skilled, professional and exceptional when dealing with kids who have sensitivities to textures and the feel of the braces, wire and retainers. Amazing experience all around from every one involved. Even the teens gave a thumbs up!

Very happy with my results and only wish I had started the treatment plan years ago (I am in my 60's). I had positive experiences with all staff and if I needed to change appointments, they were very flexible. It seemed that I always had an appliance in my mouth when Dr. Ziglow would come in for his check, so I learned to let his assistants know in advance to ask questions for me if I wasn't able to do so myself. Dr. Ziglow was always willing to take the time and the assistants would explain each step of the procedure (s) before or as they were performing them, so I felt well-informed. I would highly recommend Regina Orthodontic Group, Dr. Ziglow, and the team.

Dr Olfert has been awesome and the girls at the desk, actually all of the staff, are wonderful! They are always pleasant and good to deal with. People are nice. Orthodontists are amazing. Only issue is whats the point of having an email on your website to contact for basic information if youre just going to email back saying to call.

Dr. Olfert and staff are amazing. My son and daughter had braces and I was always impressed and grateful for the amazing care they received. Dr. Olfert is so very kind and compassionate and does a fantastic job.

Staff always super friendly and accommodating. One less than ideal experience where part of an appliance came off as soon as we got home and we are 1.5hrs from the city. When I phoned to tell them the promptly got us in the next day and offered a gas card for the inconvenience. Appreciated that until I got there and they handed me a $20 gas card. I drive a suburban and live in the country. $20 hardly gets me to the end of the driveway (not really but it takes about $70 worth of gas to get the city and back when it was $2/L). So that was not super helpful. However, my child just got the braces off and the teeth are stunning. Fabulous job. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Customer service second to none. Any time I needed anything or questions answered, they were available and accommodating. Dr. Olfert is very personable and extremely good at what he does. The assisting staff including the folks at the front were top notch. Highly recommended.

We are very happy with the service we had and the results my daughter got with her braces. Process was quicker than expected, and she was able to get them off after 22 months.

Going into this whole process of what had to get done in my sons mouth was leaving me a bit doubtful. He had to have 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed along with 4 canines. In addition to this he had to have the roof of his mouth split open and a appliance cemented in place for almost 7 months to expand his top of his mouth wider. Through out this journey as the braces did there job with modifications here and there I can see the transition taking place where everything seemed to coming into proper alignment.
He just had the braces removed after 18 months and WOW. My sons eyes teared up as he no longer seen the mess he had going on in his mouth. They look absolutely amazing.
