Had my furnace inspected for winter, by Devon. Friendly, polite, efficient & answered all my questions. Excellent customer service!

Cant complain.
They came on time, they knew exactly what my issue was, they fixed it, and they made sure it was running properly before they left.
Can't ask for more.
Oh, and they made suggestions on new equipment, since mine was like 20 years old.

They'll be at my house every year.

Simon came to our home to give us a quote on a brand new central air conditioner, he was very pleasant to talk and answered all my questions I had, after he left it was about 20 minutes he had my quote to my email, we had several quotes done some in appearance most over the phone, & Simon took the time to come out to give us ours, so we booked Simon as fast as the next day for installation witch was amazing he could fit us in so fast, also his installers also very professional came out had the job done in a few hrs clean up all old conditioner and garbage removed and done. I would defiantly highly recommend Simon to my friends & family,

Our experience with Regina Plumbing and Heating was unmatched. My father is 91 years of age and still maintaining his fully independent dwelling in Regina, but his furnace conked out mid-January and he was left with no heat. After calling around various vendors to answers of, "sorry no parts, " RPH came over and assessed the situation. They first installed space heaters so at least my Dad wouldn't freeze. Then they prioritized the furnace replacement, and even set up the rebate for my old pop. Chris Jennings at RPH arranged for the job to be completed as soon as they had go-ahead on the quote, and made certain that my Dad's situation was dealt with swiftly, professionally and very courteously.

This is a real class outfit: I would recommend Regina Plumbing and Heating to anyone. Their attention to customer service, relations and mechanical detail puts them in a league of their own, hands down.

This people are amaizing especially Simon form the sales. He got the call after work and eventhough i insisted to see him the next day, he showed up at my place in 15min. Great communication and honest prices. I trully apprisciated their business.

We had issues with our furnace and Brennan came out very quickly in -42 weather and got us back up and running. He’s friendly and customer service oriented.

Regina Plumbing and Heating were excellent to work with. Our heater broke down and we had carbon monoxide in our house, and as is always the case, this happened in -40 weather. After getting the Carbon Monoxide dealt with, Regina plumbing and Heating were there same day to assess the situation and left us some space heaters, and the next day we had a new furnace installed. These guys were prompt, helpful, and excellent service. Can't say enough, thanks guys.

AVOID. I’ve never once written a review but I honestly felt ripped off and boarder line scammed. Home humidifier wasn’t working, tech came in no longer than 4 minutes and said the solenoid was bad and needed to be replaced. Quote for $600 for parts/labour which is normal but I declined because I can get the exact solenoid from Honeywell (the brand) for $100. I replaced the solenoid myself (2 wires) and it didn’t work. My wife was home when the tech came so I talked to him over the phone and I asked if the solenoid was getting a 24volt signal and he said yes it clicked… the solenoid wasn’t even hooked up and was apart, so he lied. I talked to service the next day and they would not come back unless I paid them again. So, I paid $150 for their tech to drive out, test nothing, and tell me the wrong information. More training for their techs is a must, I’m a service tech myself and if I did this it wouldn’t end well for me.

Our boiler quit working in December. After getting the run-around from another company, I called Regina Plumbing and Heating and told them about my problem. Adrian was at my house an hour later to look things over, and he called me the next morning with a price and a plan. By the end of the week the new boiler was installed and we had heat! The technicians were real pros and did a tidy install. The system works better than ever and we're extremely grateful to find caring professionals to help us out. Highly recommend the team at Regina.

AC stopped working properly and was told to replace as fixing would not be a feasible option. After installing AC, it never worked properly and was told to replace my furnace. Got a second opinion and was fixed for $50 not the $6500 that I was told to replace the furnace.

My A/C unit died on one of the hottest days of the year! I called the shop and they came out right away. They told me exactly what I needed at a price way lower than I expected. They showed up exactly when they said they would! Their serviceman managed to impress my wife and that’s no small feet! I can’t begin to show my appreciation for the work they did. If you’re lucky when you go down to their office, you might even meet some of their TV stars. Thank you guys and gals as you my have saved my marriage!

Edit: I just got annual maintenance work done on my furnace, water heater, and sump pump! Two thumbs up! Ty was very professional and his customer services was great! I've dealt with other companies in the past and personally Regina plumbing has been awesome. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

I woke up to no heat and called Regina Plumbing and Heating at 6: 00am. I was so impressed with the quick response, and Ty was here before 8: 00am to fix the motor issue with my furnace. By 9: 30am I had my heat back on! Ty is a great technician - he was great to communicate with, very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Regina Plumbing and Heating to anyone, and will definitely be reaching out to them again for future services.

Owning multiple properties it is nice to have a company like Regina Plumbing and Heating in you corner. You can not beat them for the level of service they provide. I have used them multiple times and they have always been on time and transparent with everything that they do.

Only 24 hour service who replied to my 9: 30 pm Xmas Eve call with water spewing all over and causing my furnace to stop working. Chad was amazing, I sent pics to him with the issues, he was able to direct me via cell phone to disconnect the humidifier, then take the panel off the furnace and set up a fan to dry the furnace out. An hour later, the furnace was working. Chad saved Xmas!

I have dealt with this company since it started in February, 2017. We have a Seniors Care Home as well as our own residence. They have provided all our maintenance including installation and service of 2 large standby generators. The owner, Adrian Godbold, is personable, accommodating and professional. He always goes to the wall to ensure our needs are addressed in a timely manner. His staff are personable and knowledgeable. They provide a top rate service for a fair price. I depend on them to keep our seniors happy as they can be demanding at times. I have recommended this firm to anyone I know who requires plumbing and heating specialists. One of the most disappointing experiences from a business. After multiple visits and additional costly work I was told (by another company) that they installed a furnace that they knowingly could not access to do any maintenance/investigation on. If you're interested in spending + money on things that you likely don't need only to find out that they have not, and cannot investigated the route cause, these guys are for you. I'd recommend saving your money and finding a company that will do the job correctly the first time.

Tyrell did a great job explaining the science behind the AC unit and what he was doing. Very pleasant to talk too. Service was done quickly, didn’t waste time.

Our furnace broke down, tried to call couple companies, and Regina Plumbing and Heating had the best quote. They are very professional and friendly. Got our furnace installed the next day. They also helped me in doing my claim for our home insurance. Service I had with them is excellent, if I could rate them 10 stars I would! I would definitely recommend them to friends who might need the same service.

Our shower stopped working and we had a leak into the basement, had another company lined up that fell through, and Regina Plumbing and Heating was able to get to us the day we needed. They are very friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend them to friends/family who might need work done.

I had a toilet that needed a repair. On the first visit I was charged $190 and told they had to order a part for $30 but it would only take a few minutes to install so I would not have to pay another service fee. I agreed to do the repair versus just buying a new toilet. They sent a different service technician to install and it took less than 5 minutes. His manager told him he would have to charge me for a service fee totalling $140. I explained to the manager that I would never have agreed to spend $330 to fix an older toilet and I was told there would be not additional service call fee. The manager couldn’t of cared less. Worst approach to customers I have seen. Only upside is the guys making the service call were excellent. Will never use this company again unfortunately.

Called and the technician was able to come today. Adrian was super knowledgeable, was able to diagnose the issues quickly with no guess work. He explained all costs as we went and as things were done so there was no surprise when it came time for the bill. He also recommend all options for the future of the unit as it ages out and needs more maintenance than it should. Would highly recommend this company and Adrian.

I had this company come out and change my anode rod and install a tap in my kitchen. I was blown away by the service. Efficient, neat, careful and honest. I cannot say enough good about their service.

Poor customer service. Money oriented company. Higher rates than other peers, but poorer service attitudes.

These folks did a number on my mother-in-laws furnace. They had to come back six times (Monday through Saturday). They continued to add weekend charges even when the initial call was on a Monday. We would have much rather had honesty. If they couldn't fix it, they should have said so rather than rack up charges. After the sixth time, the furnace worked for only a few weeks and now they wont return her call. There is more going on here, but overall I would not recommend. They didn't support the customer and it appears there were struggles with the troubleshooting and repair tasks. After several hundred dollars we are still without a working furnace.

Update: She tried to call them to come back out. They claimed they were unavailable. My wife called them separately, and they were available for same day service. In this review, it's not my intent to slander. I'm just defining the facts around our experience.

In response, the owner is correct. My last name and my mother-in-law's last name are different (phew!) It would be awkward if they were the same. BUT since she called back and wanted this to be rectified, and was told the establishment was unavailable to help her, I won't be publishing her name publicly.

The service was excellent as the plumber arrived on time, covered his shoes when he entered, cleaned up when he left, followed covid protocols and took time to provide me with helpful information as he worked. I would highly recommend Regina Plumbing and Heating to my friends and family.

BUT THE BILL. ARE TOO HGIH!

a tankless heater in my condo, 2019 they charged me $270.58 (install new flame rod assemblies), this problem was temporary fixed
but the problem was still there

so 2020 Oct, my same tankless heater leaking water but working good still running, I called them came in and charged me $287.45, the heater still leaking and what worse, it is just totally dead not working anymore
I called them ask is this heater still can be repair or not? They came back again do diagnosed and charged me $214.79, this including applied the warranty, the reception Lady Julia said, the labor happened in our office you should pay, that means the paper work job even not happened on site, I should cover, this doesn't make sense to me, the Technician clearly told me I only charge you one hour for this time, but after that I received a $214.79 bill

YOU THINK THIS DONE? NOPE!

ANOTHER $890.22 bill for install this tiny heater under warranty
I can't believe it, I ask can I hired someone else go grab that heater by ourselves? NO! They refused! They should making money!

and this bill is based on I should paid off the 214.79 bill first!
and if you continue want do this replacement, pay this 890.22 first!

I can honestly say

the technician is good and offer help, reception attitude is not that offer help, the first come in service done, I called for ask is this heater still repairable or not. I really don't want waste money on the unrepairable heater! But the bill are here! The first time charge should be waived because the problem not fixed and even worse! Second time diagnosed bill should NOT be that high, why client cover the cost of the guy doing paper work in you own office, that ridiculous and not make sense!
the final replacement cost 890.22 is the too high for install such a small freaking heater.under 500 I can accept, but 890.22 is not acceptable at all!

Today Regina Plumbing came out to install a new heating and cooling system. My wife said they were very professional and very quiet. The new appliances work great. I would highly recommend Regina Plumbing and Heating for all your needs. Great pricing and the clean up was spectacular. I’m looking forward to enjoying our new system.
