This review is strictly for the website. I find it to be the most unhelpful website. No search box to look if an item is in stock. It’s frustrating to go through the website and not find what you are looking.

Today, my one and a half year old husky cross had a nail appointment with Sheena. She is incredibly kind and welcoming, while being so patient and loving with my dramatic boy. I highly recommend. We had a fantastic experience!
Regina’s Pet Depot is a beautiful environment in which I look forward to visiting again! Thank you Sheena for introducing us to this space!

Great service for food and supplements, the girls on the floor are very helpful and kind.

However, I would Never bring my dog there for grooming again, I've been in there a number of times for food and have herd the groomers both the guy and girl yell at the already scared dogs to shut up, heart breaking. If you use them maybe hang out for a while in the store to hear it for yourself. I cringe knowing i took my dog there as i know she hates a bath and would be wiggling alot at first, she is a rescue with a horrifying past, knowing that she was screamed at breaks my heart, also explains why she runs from me when she hears the shaver.

When we first started to come to Pet Depot, for everything for my two pugs, things were great. Always had the vet recommended weight maintenance food (Horizon Blue Weight maintenance/senior formula) 9, because an overweight pug is very unhealthy and leads to a lot of health issues, the other place we found the food was Cow Town the opposite side of the city, I could not drive and it was even more expensive than Pet Depot - and this specific kind of food, despite being more expensive than some brands made by the same company -Horizon- which was not eligible for their reward program) on the other that came in a more regular sized bad and their larger one. We noticed with the larger bag of food being fed on specified amounts and frequency for two small dogs, that even though it was sealed in bag and in a very sealed container, the food would stigo stale pretty quick. So we switched to the smaller size to avoid staleness. Then about a year into the Pandemic, for a while, the smaller sized bag would never be in stock, and then at the beginning of 2023. It was never in stock though staff would say it was delayed but we would never see it. So I switched my younger Pug (older one was really sick and was put down 02/15/2023) and still could not find the food at all, so we kept with a food made by Horizon called Pulsar and picked turkey as the protein and though the cost was similar, it was on the rewards program. I’ve brought my pugs in since they opened for nail trimming /grooming before and after the renovation. Since after putting down our older pug, we could schedule her nails whenever needed, even booking online and not have to wait more than 24 hours. And for as long as I can remember when we still had two pugs, we would take them for a full grooming minus a “hair cuts” as they’re shot coat breeds. When I went to book my one pug in first for her yearly full grooming, and the soonest I could get in was tomorrow at a bad time, as I cannot drive, and they were fully booked as of today until August 15th, even just a nail trimming, so I do not know if the newer groomers cannot multitask, like while one dries, you can do a couple dogs nails, or hire another groomer especially in the summer to compensate for vacation or what not. Their pricing, they are a bit cheaper, but I’ve seen prices go up slowly and the website was glitchy and/or slow all day. My dog needs a nail trim and a good leaning (I cannot do it DIY because of damage to my lumbar spine from about 20+ surgeries. I may have to take her somewhere close by that carries her food as well and go through a new place nearby, It should be more consistent on products that were carried consistently for years and should not take. 3+ weeks to schedule getting nails trimmed. I’ve just slowly become more inconsistent as a long term customer as well from treats to kennels, bowls, leashes, collars, toys etc.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always get my pet food from here, even when I lived on the other end of the city.

My dog sure loves going for nail trims and just loves his groomer. We book with Bryan every time!

I love this place, they have fantastic service and the people who work there are zo knowledgeable and ready to help! We always go there for all of our dog's food and treats, and now we use their grooming services, which are great!

It's alright.very friendly staff. The owner likes to yap a lot, but other than that, it's a good store.

I used to love going to this store because of the staff and the location but not anymore. They rarely have my dogs kibble stocked and they are never able to tell me when it will be in so I guess all my business will have to go back to Cowtown.
