I had 2 appointments booked. Lynn apparently was sick and they did not call to tell me. I showed up to my appointment yesterday and they told me she wasn’t in. Subpar service to say the least was very disappointed as last visit was great. Will not ever be back.
I posted my review on facebook and they actually blocked me!
I have confirmation of my appointment and everything and they still charged even though Lynn was not even in and I didnt receive any treatments.

I highly recommend going here for all your services! Not only are they very professional but they listen and care about their people and handle any dispute in a professional manner. If there is an issue that can’t be resolved then I guarantee this is a issUe (you) not them because they work hard at keeping ppl happy. These girls are my goto and I feel like I’m apart of their family.

I look forward to every appointment I have at Reign! All the ladies there amazing. I see Lauren every three weeks and I gotta say she is INCREDIBLE at what she does.

I had THE most wonderful pedicure with Liv yesterday! Relaxation at its finest. Her attention to detail and her charming personality make it a most enjoyable experience. If you haven't booked with her yet, you really should. She is maybe the youngest professional at Reign, but she knows her stuff. Thanks Liv!

Best pedicure ever - thanks to Vita! After having visited Reign Academy yesterday - I’m confident in saying I will never go anywhere else again.

I have been seeing Jessica at Reign for a few months now and the change in my complexion is remarkable. My pores are smaller, my skin tighter and less oily. Which is amazing as I have not seen a reduction in the amount of oil my face produces - ever!

Jessica is a talented dermaplaning specialist and I highly recommend her.

The whole experience from top to bottom was incredible.
It was a vacation in an appointment, from the removal of dry skin and peach fuzz, to the therapeutic feeling of a face massage, finishing with the scents of the amazing product she uses—Awesome. Jessica knows her stuff. My skin felt moisturized, smoothed, and taken care of.

I saw Jessica for dermaplaning. It was very relaxing and she is wonderful at making me feel comfortable. I think I might have actually fallen asleep a couple times. My skin was so soft and glowing after the service. My make up goes on smoother and my skin feels all around healthier and cleaner. I highly recommend her.

Kyla is amazing at what she does! My lashes have never looked better! Since I've had issues with glue/extensions with other businesses in the past I was leary to try yet another lash tech but I'm so glad I did! She's a perfectionist and uses nothing but the best products so I had no issues. Highly recommend her to anyone interested in getting lashes done or even training on becoming a lash tech!

I had a recent dermaplaning treatment with Jessica. A first for me so you’re never quite sure what to expect. It was a pleasant experience! I loved procedure itself, the plump, fresh feeling of my skin afterwards and the amazing cocoa mask she used to finish. She was professional, transparent and took her time.lots of gentle care. My skin looks healthy and feels great. I would definitely recommend!

Ive gone to see Kyla plenty of times to get my lashes done. She is the most talented technician out there. She's either up for a nice chat with lots of laughs or she let's you snooze while providing safe and comforting work. Let me tell you, she never ceases to amaze me when I open my eyes. The place is very clean and just jaw droppingly gorgeous. Love the decor and atmosphere!
