Really friendly staff, two very sweet ladies working there.helped me figure out what i was looking for even though i couldnt find my model number.very good vibes:)

I noticed that my ice cubes had started to taste a little off from my fridge and after so quick googling it was very apparent I need a new filter for my Samsung fridge. I came into the reliable parts not knowing exactly what I needed but I knew a water filter, the counter staff were very efficient and knowledgeable when assisting me with the part I needed and they even had it in stock! Will definitely be returning for all my future parts needs as the staff were great!
