Reliance Heath Water Heater Rentals

I’ve been a regular customer with Reliance since I bought my first house.
Every time I stopped by the office, everybody was very friendly and welcomed.
The technicians are talented and professional also.

Very quickly service as we need right away for the Hair and Nails salon. Cameron is a great guy to install our water heater and helping out with his knowledge! Highly recommend this company and Cameron!

Appreciated the service from Margaret in the office. Todd who did my install was extremely professional. Everything was left clean. He even provided some additional advice on the possible future rental for a water softner.

Terrible company to deal with. The lady who answers the phone is very rude. The techs also do not seem to be very knowledgeable. My mother rents from this company and asked if they would be able to bring a hose to properly drain the tank into a drain because there isn’t one close to the water heater. Instead, the tech just drained the entire tank onto her floor. She lives in a mobile home so all of this water just went into the floor and soaked the insulation underneath. When she tried to call and get help she was met with a rude lady who doesn’t care to help anyone. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Continously having billing issues. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. This has been going on for months.

A late night water heater leak was dealt with promptly. By 2: 30 the next day, I had a brand new replacement and hot water in 45 minutes. Cameron was careful to protect my flooring and promptly replaced my heater. Thanks Cameron!

Darcy came out to my house for an issue i was having.it ended up not being related to the water heater at all.he spent a short bit of time with me and passed on lots of information that wasn’t pertaining to his job what so ever, it was greatly appreciated 10 out of 10 service

Wish I'd have phoned these guys sooner instead of going to a big box store. Very nice representetive on the phone. By the time I called them late on a Thursday, they couldn't quite get to me on the Friday (understandable) but they got to my place early the next business day. Installer was fast and professional.

For the past two years, I've encountered ongoing challenges with this company. It all began when I purchased a home that came with a water heater rental I wasn't initially aware of. About a year after moving in, they contacted me, claiming I owed money, which I promptly paid. However, in recent interactions, they accused me of not paying and threatened to send my account to collections.

I made several attempts to make payments using the account number they provided, only to discover that the account number they had been giving me wasn't associated with my account. It turns out they had provided the wrong account number all along. Debbie, who I dealt with, made me feel as if I was neglecting my responsibilities.

I strongly advise against dealing with this company or individual. If there's an opportunity, consider purchasing your own water heater or renting from a different provider. It has been a highly challenging experience.

While the office staff was not pleasant to deal with, our technician Cameron was amazing! Prompt timing, great customer service, pet friendly and did a great job installing and removing our water heater! Definitely would recommend.

Cameron & Rylie both came right on time and finished work very smoothly and efficiently in very less time. The process of changing heater was so smooth I really appreciate their help.
