BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a furnace and that part was fine along with install but the rest terrible! I got a 9 month no payment deal which was great. However the parent company thought it was a rent to own and kept taking money off my credit card to a total of $700! I talked to Regina reliance and they took my info but didn't contact back and wont return calls lol. The same from parent. I have been getting the run around since last July. I will be going to BBB regarding both parent and subsidiary. I will never buy or use them again! Worst experience ever.

Mike was awesome. Didn’t leave until all the problems were resolved and verified. I love McKenzie Reliance. I have a leased boiler and all of the protection plans. They never let me down.

The Tech was very good, but once again the call centre let me down as they didn't provide me with the service I was asking for as I was looking for maintenance on two furnaces and a boiler and thats what I paid for on a maintenance agreement, but they screwed it up. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with the call centre so I am not surprised but just left frustrated

So now Nicole answers my remarks with an apologizes to me and wants me to reach out to her! Wants me to reach out to her! Where is the customer service where the supplier of service should be reaching out to the unhappy customer, I tried her e-mail address and it kicked back unbelievable

The tech says his manager is going to call me I am hoping that will happen Monday

So discouraging
So yesterday Reliance sent me the following
"Thank you for reaching out to us for your recent home comfort concern. It’s a privilege to serve you and we hope you’re completely satisfied with our work. "- We hope you're completely satisfied- WHAT! Nobody has called me yet to help me out- So I called them yesterday and asked that they have Luke the Regina service manager call me - Well no call from Luke to day- so Ihave paid for a boiler to get maintenance and it wasn't on the original service order that Mitch the technician had -nicole the rep says reach out to me -Hey Nicole were are you LOL-I am sure it will get fixed- hopefully some one will read the review and have the President of the company call me before I reach out to him- WOW - Not sure what to do next stay tuned- As I know what exceptional Customer Service looks like- Has anyone else experienced what I have been experiencing? If so how did you get your problem solved?

IT HAS ALMOST BEEN TWO WEEKS NOW AND NO ONE FROM RELIANCE HAS RETURNED ANY OF MY E-MAILS OR TEXT MESSAGES, I AM STILL SITTING WITH CONTRACTS THAT DONT MATCH THE SERVICE REQUIRED, I WILL TRY REACHING OUT AGAIN TO RELIANCE TOMORROW, VERY DISCOURAGING I AM HOPING THEY CAN HELP ME OUT, LETS HOPE, MAYBE NICOLE WILL SEE THE E-MAIL I SENT HER TO WEEKS AGO OR LUKE WILL RETURN MY PHONE MESSAGE FROM 2 WEEKS AGO

Technician was great well informed. The person who answered the phone to take the appt barely knew English making it much harder to book the appt. But it was fast and the work was done well.

The guys were friendly and worked hard to install our new high efficiency furnace. They used mats to protect floors and were polite and as quiet as able. And were cautious about other furniture walls and affects in our home.

The workers are always pleasant and very professional. But the supply chain needs some improvement they initially told me it was going to take two weeks to get a water heater in which was not acceptable fortunately
Several phone calls this was resolved

Very quick and professional response to the failure of our home furnace. Installation was scheduled for and completed next day without a single issue.

Originally a 5 star, but now I keep getting calls from their call centre asking to buy other products. I've had two calls in two weeks. One of the Reliance employees wouldn't take no over the phone. Great in person, but the phone calls after are pretty annoying.

Being in a 1year contract that I’m not even aware of? Like really? Was just surprised that I’m being charged extra because of new protection plans that I don’t even agree being into a 1 year contract? Keep on calling me for a perfect time that I’m busy like in the middle of my work or even driving home, can’t even understand what they are saying because you are so damn busy thinking about a lot of things! Screw you! I am a loyal customer but your company being so ridiculously unfair and reaping me off for a year of contracts I m not even aware and didn’t even agree to it!

Awesome company cant say enough about them. They are friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and efficient. My waterheater broke and they came fast to fix it.

Booked annual maintenance online. Simple. Technician called before appointment and provided a report after the service. Very professional and responsive. Thank you.

I feel Reliance MacKenzie staff members including their upper management enabler accessories have been good at covertly sidestepping and covering up mistakes made, left on the laps of unknowing customers, customers like ourselves or in such case even the vulnerable elderly they truly show they don't care about and even willing to put at risk by their sidestepping, duping, and defrauding tactics.

Then one is left at the mercy of if anything is painfully suspected and called into question, and dare they stand up, they the customer, is then put through the ringer. They victimize the victim in a devious gaslighting manner. This in itself I find to be painfully troubling and most sickening. The devious duping they play inconspicuously oblivious to.

Then left having to spin one's wheels, to stoop and grovel at all costs in an endless sea of exasperation and disconcert due to loose ends left behind on faulty workmanship they turned a blind eye and deaf ear to, then to make worse, complacently backpeddling and deviating from actually backchecking or sourcing back any potentially faulty workmanship on re-installation work they incurred and left on my elderly and unknowing mother's lap, but then even compound it further by passing blame onto the customer they endlessly left hanging, this after negligently wasting their own customer's needless precious time not bothering one iotis to even promptly recheck for faulty work, instead, felt the need to make my unknowing mother pay for THEIR OWN MISTAKES by diving into her wallet for fast cash at will on some heavily campaigned and solicited money grab "protection plan".

For our maintenance service, done by Quaid Woytick; I give a 5 star. The dealings with the company (wherever I am phoning to, NOT Reliance in Regina) ; I DO NOT GIVE 5 STARS. I booked a service call for our yearly maintenance service in May. It was booked for May 23rd, then Reliance called and canceled. New date was set for June 13th. Then canceled again. Third date was set for Aug.the 3rd. Service was now complete. My main concern is, if I can' t book until after Aug the 3rd next year (which is what I have been told). Eventually, I will be looking at servicing my air conditioner in the cold months, which can't be done. I have a maintenance contract and I don't need my warranty to be voided because my service wasn't done within the year.

The on site staff are great, knowledgeable, quick and professional. The in office staff answering the calls and booking appointments are the lacking part that dropped it from 5 stars to 4 stars

Anytime I place a service call, the technicians are usually there within a few hours. Service is great.
