This place always helps my dad out with his laptop issues. They take the time to explain everything to him so he can understand it. They make themselves available whenever he calls.

I purchased a refurbished computer a couple years ago. Worst and slowest computer imaginable. And not cheap. It was near beginning of covid when I requested help to get my printer connected. It took a 1/2 hour for the computer to get to the site so the technician could look. Then he kept insisting that I had an Epson printer, which I don’t. That cost me over $100 for the phone consultation. It was through your company. I would never deal with that company again. Bought a new computer and dropped the refurbished one back at the store. No money ever refunded. The new computer immediately linked to my HP printer.

I visited RescueTech to fix my laptop screen. Before visiting, I caller to inquire about the prices and service timeline and the associate was very knowledgeable, going as far as outlining my options and the timelines. The service is arguably the best I've had in Regina relating to device fixing. The repair didn't take long at all and my laptop works amazing. Lest I forget, the prices are so affordable. I have had exceptional service at RescueTECH. The first time I contacted them, they repaired and cleaned my laptop that was overheating. More recently, they fixed my XBox One X which needed a replacement part. The staff members communicated clearly and I was impressed by how fast they took care of things.
