Residence Inn by Marriott Regina

Nicely located close to stadium, Brandt center and Depot. Rooms are as good as any condo people live in. Breakfast has all the fixings you can ask for and comfortable seating to enjoy it. Better than average gym for a workout.

The hotel is very clean. The room was very nice. Very close to the hospital which means although it’s convenient there is also more foot traffic (lock your doors on your vehicle overnight). The pool was great, it has a hot tub, kiddie pool that is only 40 cm deep and with fountains, a fast water slide and a cool whirl pool. The whirl pool was a favourite for the kids because of how quick the current was (but no fear of being pulled under). I didn’t check out the breakfast in the morning but there is a complimentary breakfast in the main area in the mornings. My room was a king bed suite (kitchenette).

I spent quite a few nights in this hotel while my mom was critically ill in the hospital next door. They charged me for a night that I canceled and they seem to be unwilling to communicate with me.

Got a $300 a day room but had left over food in the freezer.it was great nice size. Pool is excellent for family gym needs more equipment. We travelled far from Alberta and staff was not warm (she not rude), not friendly how about some short talks. How was your trip? Oh you have to pay for parking.

Great location if you are going to the stadium. The king room was nice and spacious but unfortunately that's all that was good. Our bed was so uncomfortable and could count the springs digging into your back and everytime you moved the bed would make a squeaking noise and was loud.
We don't expect a gourmet breakfast but actual bacon would have been nice and regular pork breakfast sausages. The area was small and crowded, so if you wanted toast or a waffle you had to wait awhile and if you did want anything that was hot it was blocked with people making these items.
This is a Hotel and for the price, parking should be free for guests. Will I stay here again probably not.

Had a king suite for 2x nights, room was super clean, bedding and pillows were excellent and the continental breakfast was decent. Hotel staff were very friendly.

The hotel is very nice - comfortable, clean, great continental breakfast, extensive amenities. I’d recommend for any reason when visiting Regina. But most of all, the kindness and compassion of the staff was so appreciated when our family was staying to support our sister while she was at the Pasqua Hospital next door. Thank you so much!

Rooms are huge and great, but lost a star due to lack of security. Access to the floors needs updating

Online check-in at this hotel requires a scheduled check-in with a 30 to 60 minute wait time after checking in with the app. Normally check-in means you have arrived, but in this case check-in means ‘tell me what time you will arrive and give me 30 -60 minutes advance notification. ’

I arrived at 8: 30 PM but would not be allowed access to the room until 9: 30 PM using the app check-in. Therefore I had to check-in in person.

If you want to avoid the front desk and use your phone as the room key, make sure you check-in to your room before you arrive.

This is a reasonably nice hotel and well-maintained with a water slide, but the suite is priced more than similar style and quality suites in Regina.

CAUTION when booking. HIDDEN FEES. Addendum: stayed here again for a tournament. CAUTION! They charge extra hidden fees and are completely unwilling to be open and honest about this. There is a daily Destination Fee which is disguised as the Destination Marketing Fee which is an optional fee in Saskatchewan which goes to the government for tourism, but the hotel actually just charges this and keeps the money for themselves. It allows the hotel to advertise lower rates and charge the extra as a hidden cost that they get you to unknowingly agree to at booking/check-in. Double check the ACTUAL cost before booking. Disgusting sales/marketing tactic.

Very unprepared hotel. Came for a tournament and stayed here. We registered 4 people to stay and only had 3 towels in the room. No fitted sheets available for pullout couch. No towels in the pool, which is a problem when the room only has 3 towels for 4 people. And then when we needed another roll of toilet paper, the lady at the front looked scared and said they were down to their last 3 rolls. She reluctantly gave me one. The price is very expensive for a hotel that doesn't have enough stuff for the guests. You definitely don't get what you pay for compared to other hotels. We regret not staying at the Comfort Suites which is where our other child's team was staying. Very disappointing experience.

I stopped here for the night and it was the perfect place to spend the afternoon and the night. The rooms were clean, the inn was pet friendly and the 2 ladies who checked me in were OK but the gentleman who replaced them was AMAZING and super helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. *although do register your vehicle when parking in their lot and keep an eye on your vehicle as there are car breakins*

The rooms were very clean. The suite had all the basic things that we needed. The kids love the pool, and the staff was very helpful. The only downside is that the parking isn't free.

Adjacent to the Allan Blair Cancer Clinic. Staff is pleasing. The hot breakfast is a nice addition to our busy day. Already booked our next stsy.

Worst customer service experience ever!
I called to report a lost item and I was rudely told.housekeeping is a totally different department and I have to call them! Simple courtesy would have been “let me take your information and I will call you back. ” you wish. You will never get this here. Just horrible people.
