Ricki's - Midtown Plaza

Michelle at the Midtown Plaza location was such a delight to work with yesterday! She was knowledgeable, patient, kind and encouraging! She is in her element working with people and I know the great I had finding what I needed was all thanks to her! Thank you, Michelle!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Stopped in for a jacket that showed as available in a particular size at this location, but was not actually in stock. This item was not available online and, though there was stock in a store in a neighbouring city, Ricki’s will not ship between stores which was a bit disappointing.

Michelle is always very helpful and knowledgeable of the items. Love going to this store/branch.
