Amazing service and super friendly staff I had a great experience getting my eyebrow pierced here and I’ll definitely be getting my next piercings here as well.

I love this shop. Great location with premium art. Nice and clean of course with some nice worn in charm. I've had tattoos from Graeme and Ellise and they are fabulous. They made my ideas pop better than I had in my mind. I get compliments all the time. I got a confirmation phone call a few days before which was great. I would certainly recommend this shop for anyones first tattoo or 100th you will still love it. I definitely will be back.

Put an inquiry in for a tattoo. There was a response over a week ago mentioning I would be contacted for a consultation. And nothing.

Called Monday to book for Thursday. They said to call Thursday… I call Thursday and now they’re full? Why not just let us book on the initial call or actually check the schedule and let us know it’s full?

Unfortunately this has left a sour feeling towards your business with customer service that could only say “I don’t know what to tell you”. A simple sorry would suffice

Sounds to me as though the person answering the call didn’t want to do their job and take bookings both on Monday and now today (Thursday)
