Riverside Badminton & Tennis Club

Love the place, location and the ambience. The staff is awesome to deal with and a decent area to unwind after sweating in the game. Would have been awesome to have an indoor facility for winters as well.

Played badminton here for a couple of times. Overall experience was alright, the mixer/league nights are nicely organized, laminated wooden floor for the courts, but the lighting of the courts are very underpar and has minimal ventilation in the facility.

Biggest gripe about this place. They charge $20 for dropping in (which is a big turn off for me). Compare to most badminton clubs in Vancouver and even Regina Crosscourt, drop-ins cost around $5-10 but courts are way better. Here in Riverside, they are charging a premium price here, but overall quality of the facility just does not justify the worth of it. Sadly to say, this will not be my go-to place for badminton in the city. I will only consider going there regularly if they ever renovate this place. It really is desperately needing the update lol.

If you are looking for quality badminton, I think that is the best place in City.
