BUYER BEWARE! WORST DEALERSHIP EXPIRENCE. Spouse and myself purchased two trucks from here. My half ton (USED August 2022) was damaged in the time it took me to sign the papers and the lot person took it to wash it leaving a significant dent in the rear passenger door. After over 6 months of fighting to get it fixed and the front end falling part I decided to get rid of it. They magically had time to get it in after i traded it and where so happy to hear they didnt have to uphold their deal. Im in a GMC and will not return to dodge. My spouse purchases a 1 ton dually (NEW Febuary 2022) which we recently received a phone call from the dealership saying we are supposed to bring it in and trade for a half ton because they had a buyer FOR OUR TRUCK! ITS NOT FOR SALE! It is our company truck and carries 6k plus in weight daily in the box. The customer service and sales has gotten so much worse in the last 6 months than when we bought both out trucks. My spouse intends to be switching to GMC/CHEV solely for the POOR SERVICE AND DISHONESTY.

Went in with problems of the 2010 Dodge Caravan van starting but no answers. Nothing showed up with them plugging it in. I still have the problem and a new starter was installed from our mechanic. Ignition was replaced. Van started when tried several times and starts. Sometimes starter turns over a lot and have to shut off and start again.

Morgan and Chad were great to deal with. Originally went looking at lower end new trucks, I found a gorgeous used on the lot. Price was better than expected. Morgan went out of her way to ensure I was well taken care of. Great team, would recommend to family and friends looking for a vehicle.

The absolute worst place to buy and get a vehicle serviced in Sask if not in Canada. Upper management is comprised of dishonest people with bad intentions. Owners put there heads in the sand and allow this to happen.

Very professional. There was a check engine light on. I informed them and instantly they cleared the code at no cost.

This was our 3rd vehicle purchased from Riverside Dodge and we were once again completely satisfied.

We had a speaker issue where there’s absolutely no sound coming out, so we took it in to Riverside Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Prince Albert. We left it for half a day but our problem wasn’t solved. So we picked up the vehicle and drove back home 2 1/2 hrs away, with still no sound coming from our speakers.
