I had a great experience for the most part. Len is an amazing salesman and made the whole process enjoyable. Unfortunately they put an RMP decal on my brand new car without permission. I received an email from the sales manager asking if I was satisfied and I mentioned my displeasure with the bumper sticker that they put on my car. There has been no reply and I haven’t heard anything back from anyone in over a week. The after sales service from management is nonexistent. If they even acknowledged my complaint it could have been a positive experience, very disappointing.

They were great. They provided me with a vehicle while mine was being repaired. Always great to deal with Reagan in service. Thank you for everything, greatly appreciated.

My experience dealing with Darren and RMP was excellent. Right from my first contact through to the completion of the purchase of the vehicle I couldn't have been treated in a more professional manner.

I went for a high beam repair it was very expensive and they installed a yellow bulb now my low beam are white lights and high beam is yellow they screwed the whole light its just common sense that if my car had led previously then they should i have installed a white light

Wanted to buy a new remote fob for my car.
RMP offered a GM fob and another much lower cost fob which I purchased. They.programmed it to match up with my Malibu and I was gone in an hour. Excellent service.

I had a flat tire as we were leaving Southland mall. We popped into RMP and even tho they had just closed, they got me in, patched my tire and

RMP was great to work with. Our AC quit working in July. They were very accommodating and got us in as soon as they could for a diagnosis and then getting parts in quickly to do the work needed only a day later. They were able to offer myself & my small children a shuttle ride to & from our (city) location where we waited for the work to be completed which was not only extremely helpful but very appreciated.

Recall to put in front/rear parking sensors. When picking up vehicle Service Advisor should have explained how the the parking sensors are activated and what is seen on screen. Had to go and ask a service technician.

We were looking for a new car sat down with Darren Pachal at RMP, he found us an Equinox the colour we wanted and loaded with options. It was in Chicago, and should arrive here in 4 weeks. The vehicle arrived in 12 days. When we picked it up Darren explained everything about all the options on the vehicle, he was very patient and thorough.
Everyone we talked to at RMP were easy to deal with, we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

I took my car in to have the struts done as it felt like I was on a bouncy castle. Now it handles much better and you can take corners like an F1 driver.

Always good work at RMP.

I joked about washing my car when k took ot in for a oil change cause it was a mess and they totally washed, vacuumed and wiped it out. Thank you much. This was such an unexpected surprise after a rough few weeks.

My request was to see if the suspension compressor was working. After clearing a code you assumed that would fix the problem. It did not. The compressor was never checked. Wasted $165.

I recently bought a used truck privately and not long after encountered issues with rough shifting and running rough. I took it to RMP, as apparently they had serviced it years ago, this my first time dealing with them. Miscommunication occurred and some repairs made that were not necessary. I raised the issue and was surprised at a non- defensive response and genuine communication to rectify the error. The Service team went above what I expected and have experienced elsewhere, turning this from potentially being the only time I would take a vehicle there to building my trust, and I will have no hesitation returning in the future. Thanks especially to Troy.

Called RMP on Tuesday and was able to get an Out of Province Vehicle inspection booked for Friday at 1 PM as I needed the Vehicle registered and insured by Saturday. I drove car into service bay at 12: 30 pm and waited for 15 min to have it checked in with the one service attendant on staff and left. We received a call at 4 PM. Andy said that I needed a wheel alignment to pass the certification. I questioned this as the vehicle has only 40,000 km on it and was in mint condition, it drove straight as an arrow on the highway and the tires had just been replaced 2 weeks ago. Andy said one rear tire was out of alignment, the Toe and Camber. I have previously worked as a tire installer and salesman for 13 years. If a wheel is out of alignment as noted, the tire will show irregular wear. Either heavy wear on the inside or outside edge of the tread for the camber and slight wear along the outside tread for toe wear. We did not notice any heavy irregular wear on the old tires and the company that installed the new tires did not tell us that we needed a wheel alignment. But, we had no choice as we needed the vehicle inspection completed, so agreed to the wheel alignment. We asked when the vehicle would be ready, and were told to leave and it would be ready when we got there. The vehicle was in the service bay. I paid $160 plus tax for the alignment. When I asked which rear wheel was aligned, Andy did not know. We were told we could not pick up the paper work for the Inspection until Monday as it needed to be signed by the technician and the manager; However, the manager had left already for the day. So come back on Monday. This was not good as we needed the vehicle registered and insured the next day.
On Monday, I needed to make special arrangements to get to the dealer. When we arrived at 8: 30 am the same cashier we talked to on Friday could not find our report so she went to talk to Andy who then checked and told her that the service technician was busy and could not work on our report. When hearing this, we explained our situation to the cashier again who asked us to explain it to Andy again. Later, the technician produced the certification sticker to go on our door jam. Later, after waiting, when I asked, the cashier went and checked and told us the manager was working on the computer on our report. After being there for about an hour we were told that SGI computer website was down and they did not know how long to get report. Thankfully, 15 minutes later I received the certification report and paid another $178 for this.

Service was good, however my appointment was for 9: 30 a.m. For oil and tire changeover and my vehicle wasn’t taken in until around 4: 00 p.m. There is no use making appointments online. Looks like first come first serve.

I did repair my driver’s window malfunction and half detached bumper of my Equinox. They have not finished the window’s repair yet because of the parts shortage. Regarding the bumper, they fixed my bumper next morning. However they didn’t charge it. It.was extraordinary experience for me. I believe RMP Chevrolet is not only a reliable dealer but also the best place for a maintenance place of the car, especially their body shop.
