I purchased my vehicle last August. Since then I have had my check engine light on. We tried a few things to eliminate the problem. So for 7 months the light would come on and off. I took it back in June and a part was ordered and I was told it would be covered. So new management took over and didn’t even let me know my part was in but said there was no paperwork. So now they are saying the part that was ordered was sent back. So been waiting 6 months again. So not only do the want me to pay 367 for the part by 550 for labour. Close to 1000. I will never have anything to do with Roadway Auto service again.

WORST EXPERIENCE. I’m never the type to leave a review. But I have purchased not 1 vehicle, but 2 from roadway. & I have had nothing but issues with them from numerous warranty claims on my first vehicle to now my new second vehicle. It’s been weeks since I’ve had an issue with my car, & have brought it to their attention multiple times, it has now been 4 weeks with no answer no one has reached out to me this whole ordeal.paying for warranty & getting my vehicle booked in for appointments for it not to get looked at? & get told they have no room. This is not my first time with them, nor is it the first time visiting service department. With 2 vehicles back to back nothing but problems & NO HELP! They will promise you anything for the sale & get you out the door. I still have unfinished work from day 1 they STILL Have yet to help me with. STAY AWAY!

Had to get my car saftied here and they did an amazing job at pointing out all the issues I needed to fix luckily not alot. Very responsive and helpful. SGI had screwed up and said I needed a body inspection in which case I believe Mark said I did not so he had made the calls for me to the inspection board and got everything cleared up and got my car plated!

Roadway Auto is our go-to mechanic for our fleet of vehicles. They have been reliable, honest, and very accommodating. We would recommend them to anyone.

The mechanic/technician (whatever he wants to be called) was very disrespectful towards my vehicle. Took my truck in for an oil change and chip repair. Oil got changed, but chip couldn't be fixed. They said that the product they were using wasn't working. That was spread all over my windshield on the area where the chip was. It was never cleaned off properly. There was a huge oil smudge on the passenger side door. My steering wheel and buttons he used to reset the oil change reading was greasy and near my handle at the top of my door on the inside of the truck had a visible hand grease mark. I find it very disrespectful to treat someone's vehicle this way. Return it to the customer the way it was given to you and REMOVE your gloves before touching anything! I definitely won't be returning.

Roadway Auto Service is the best experience I've had with an auto service company to date. Harman and Michael set the standard for what customer service should be. Would highly recommend to anyone any day of the week!

People there are very helpful and friendly, they try to get you on the road a.s. P standard pricing, good experience.

Took my fairly new Journey there as it was having some issues when the ac was turned on. Mike at the counter was friendly and helpful and they found the issue and fixed it within hours. Trustworthy and reliable. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else now! Kudos!

I needed my engine light diagnosed I called was there in 10 minutes and it was resolved efficiently in a timely manner. Thank you Lauretta for the kind service and knowledge of the issue she was able to figure out what was happening and I was able to get a new gas cap to fix the issue.
