Horrible place. Got approved for a vehicle and was told i didnt have a choice. Take what i get basically. After agreeing that in a year i can trade for what i want. I was then told its in the shop for a new transmission. Red flag there. After having it for a day the dash lit up and had problems took it in and they had said they fixed everything. 3 months later the vehicle is not running and they refuse to do anything. 100% dont recommended very disappointed.

We received excellent customer service from our salesman, Bill, to our financing. They were honest from the start, no playing back and forth games which a lot of dealerships do. I will definitely go back.

We found ourselves unexpectedly looking for a new vehicle after my husband's truck became unreliable. We went to Roadway because we saw an SUV on their website we liked. By the time we got there, it was already sold but Damy was able to show us a couple SUVs that had just been traded in that fit our criteria. They had yet to go through inspection, but we decided on one anyway and Damy personally texted us updates throughout the whole inspection and detailing process. He was super knowledgeable, personable, and overall made this emergency vehicle buying experience a breeze! Was shopping around for vehicles and being that I had a truck to sell, I had reached out to Roadway to see if they were interested. Harman got back to me promptly and was very flexible in the dealings. Whenever I was at the dealership all other staff were friendly and welcoming as well.

When it came to actually selling the truck, Harman was accommodating and made the transaction quick and easy.

I was in the market for a vehicle. I wasn't too sure how financing would work, I have usually been a person to buy older vehicles from private sales. Cory and Destiny were awesome to me. Sent them my info, and within a couple hours they had me approved and test driving. Drove out the same day in a beautiful 2019 Hyundai Elantra. Before Christmas I was checking out other dealerships and they didn't seem overly eager to help. Roadway is awesome and would recommend!

Not impressed with this place. Office was so unkept. Garbages overflowing, crumbs and wrappers on their desks. Not to mention zero privacy so everyone in the entire office knows all of your personal information. If there are multiple customers in there at once do you really think they want other strangers knowing their SIN and details about their income? Salesman also claims they are “no commission”. Good one. If you value professionalism and presentability don’t come here.
