I’ve ALWAYS loved this place! But, WOW, has it gone downhill. Was there yesterday. No one, I mean no one was in the lounge. The music was way too loud. The place was dirty. Bits of food, and paper on the floor. The bathrooms were gross. Garbage and feminine product overflowing. Ordered my fave, Brie and Berries. They have no berries. So I said I did not want to order anything. The waitress was pushy, tried to sell me ribs at a discount. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Walked across the parking lot to Victoria’s tavern.

Had a very disappointing experience at Rock Creek Normanview tonight. The Caesers were good, but other than that, the chicken lettuce wraps came with shredded lettuce instead of your typical iceberg lettuce or Romain Lettuce. The fries were overcooked. They were out of buns so we couldn't order burgers, and the brisket was still cooking at 6 PM. It seemed like a bad episode of Bar Resuce. Jon Taffer save this place!

Very delicious food and great service. I really enjoyed the vibe there. I went on a date at this restaurant and the owner gave us complimentary wine.

Top notch service, best creek burger I have ever had in my life. We were a group of 10 people and all of us were greeted on time with smiles. Must try nachos, jambalaya & vegan food.

Received rotting food and was served by a minor. Management was very disrespectful. Will not return.

Wasn’t going to post anything but after a family member got violently ill after eating here I will, this kitchen is unsafe and should be closed. Please don’t eat here!

PS. They don’t pay their employees tips.

Celebrated my Birthday here, owner presented me with free dessert. Will celebrate all my Birthdays & special occasions here!

I don’t typically complain but my family and I came in to celebrate and we had to seat ourselves and order our drinks twice. We received our appetizers, but when it came to supper we waited 2 hours. They waited almost 15 minutes to tell us they didn’t have anymore of what we ordered twice. Multiple tables who came in after us ended up getting their apps/suppers and left before us. When we decided we wanted to leave they said we could take our meal home, to our surprise to find they didn’t even give us one of our meals, the salad had zero dressing, and tasted extremely unappetizing. This overall was not a great experience, the servers were polite and apologetic, but we will no longer be coming here unfortunately.

Ordered for delivery. They confirmed my order and then 20 minutes later cancelled it because the kitchen closed. Well the kitchen closed everywhere else too and j couldn't get food delivered. If they had just said no to my order in the first place it would have been fine but why confirm an order just to cancel it after I'd been waiting. This starving pregnant lady is POed and definitely won't be ordering here again.

I was planning a fundraiser for my brother that has cancer, a steak night, already booked at a different venue, and happening in a few days when the owner Meshwa reached out to offer a prize for the raffle we we're having. Of course I was very grateful and let her know I could pick it up whenever it was available. She then said they do steak nights as well and if I needed to plan another to let her know. I told her thanks, but hope this will be the one and only we will need. Then she ghosted me, no prize she offered, nothing. Apparently it was just an offer if I had a steak night there. I won't ever darken their door.

Took my fiancé out for a date night here. Waited 5-10 minutes, staff noticed we were there, and didn’t come over, they seemed unfriendly as well. Ended out leaving and going somewhere else for our date.

An excellent dining experience. The server was inept. The digital menu was a pain. We had to ask for menus, cutlery, and napkins. There was a "special" event that was loud and obnoxious. However, they did ask if it should be turn down.

Overall an extraordinary dining experience that will not be repeated.

Arrived at the restaurant with family, we waited for 5 mins at the welcome desk, no one in sight. I had to go to the kitchen to get someone to come help us with a table. The 'owner' I'm assuming, sat us down and got us our menus, we ordered our drinks which arrived promptly. Ordered a very common beer that I usually order and they were out of stock. A draft beer out of stock? So I got the can version instead which they had. We ordered our food, then proceeded to wait 30 plus minutes for our food to arrive. When our food arrived, it was warm but the meals were dried as if they had sat under the heat lamp for 10 minutes or longer. The salmon was very dry, the chicken was dry, the meals had no flavour at all. We asked for salt, pepper and extra butter as the rice was supposed to have a butter flavour on it. Well guess what, we were charged for that extra flavouring because the meal was bland! I ordered another beer, the owner forgot about it and I was irate by now. Did not want the beer even if it did arrive, which it never did.
On top of this all, the owner was not dressed appropriately as a manager. Sorry but jeans is not appropriate for a restaurant such as Rock Creek.
My family has been to Rock Creek numerous times and have literally tried every meal on the menu so we know that it has great quality food. But this new ownership has taken things down hill. I'm sorry but unless things change dramatically, we are not going back there again.
Its sad but for the price we paid for the meals, we could have gone to another similar restaurant and had an amazing experience.

Service was sub-par right from the get go. Our server was obviously new to his job and had little to no support. The side salad had no dressing, spilled drinks, and broken glass. I did get offered a free dessert in exchange for all of our trouble, which we declined. I also received a 15% off coupon for my next visit. Don't think it will get used, won't be back.

This place has changed real fast and not for the better. I used to love going here, but that changed during my last visit. Unfortunately, that will be the last time that I do visit. I really hope that they can fix their stuff, stop blaming the customers for ordering food, learn how to properly apologize when there is a problem, and for the record a discount never fixes the mess.
Food poisoning is no joke.

What the bibles authors failed to document was that on that day, an overwhelming hunger manifested in him, one that could not be satiated only with vegetation he had created, so after resting on the seventh day, Low and behold the glories of the firecracker shrimp, the luxurious hybrid of shrimp wrapped in bacon, sitting in a jalapeño boat filled with unforgettable and unchallenged herb cream cheese, and mystery chilli pepper, thou shall enjoy the fire cracker shrimp

Group of 10 we walked in & had best experience, food came out bit late but service covered it for us. Had 8 meals of steaks no complaints from medium rare to well done, will be our go to place for Steaks!

We went in sunday evening, it was not busy at all. There were only 2/3 tables but we had to wait around 15 mins to be seated and the water came in after another 20 mins. We finally ordered. I ordered the steak sandwich and wanted the steak to be done medium. The steak was over cooked. It was over well done and chewy. After i let my waitress know about the cook on the steak, she refused to accept the fact that its well done and not medium. I then showed her that they steak was very stiff and had no pink in it. She then told be that she is the owner of the place and they have the best steak and its cannot be wrongly cooked. SERIOUSLY? I dont know if i looked dumb enough to give her the impression that i dont have knowledge about steaks. She then ran back to kitchen and came back saying that i steak might have sat under the heat lamp for long. IS THIS EVEN MY PROBLEM? To make it right she offered me 20% off of my steak. I have been to many restaurants before but this was a worst experience for me. I am never retuning back. Very unprofessional. She also told me that she doesn’t prefer hiring any brown server because they can not bring enough tips. Thats RACIST. Being the owner doesn’t give a person the privilage to treat others disrespectfully, especially a paying customer. Very disappointing experience.

Group of 10 & we ordered steaks. Perfectly done steaks with no complaints, top notch service! Hired my friend's sister too.

They don't compromise on quality of food, will be returning soon on Wednesday wings night.

Horrible Service went before the lunch crowd showed up and placed our order. Watched 4 other larger groups come in and order after us and receive their food before but these groups were also unhappy as well probably wrong orders. Waited an hour and asked where our order was at. No answers but they apologized but still no food. They asked us if we ordered something totally opposite of what we ordered. Very disorganized and not professional. Would not recommend

“CAN I BE FRANK” this place is not for any desi people. The owner herself is very unprofessional and untrained. Owning the place does not mean you know everything around you. Be aware they keep some hidden ingredients in their menu. Always ask for the ingredients before ordering any food or drinks. No napkins at all. Food items listed in the menu do not relate to their taste and ingredients. (To quote an instance- we ordered penne lane pasta, in menu it shows 4 cheese and when it was served shredded cheese was covering the pasta with a piece of bread.)

Came with a group. Had a reservation and put our orders in ahead of time. Only half the group got water. Half didn’t get any cutlery. Waited over 30 minutes for anyone to get food. Honestly worst service I have had in a very long time. Super disappointing.

Not a great experience at all tonight. Service by all was horribly inattentive, drinks and food were good when we got them. Charged a dollar for dip that is to be supposedly included with wings. Asked for a menu, oh we’ve gone digital. Ordered a dip and chips from the digital menu - oh we’ve discontinued that. So maybe an update is in order? Food eaten, 2nd drink served, asked if we were ready for our bill. Yes definitely, time to leave this circus. Too bad, we try to support the establishments in our neighborhood, won’t likely be back

Had a fantastic server who is also the manager here. Menu is being redone, but QR code worked great. Food came in good time. Tasted great. Love having RC in our Northwest Regina area!

Went for a dinner last night. We had to wait about 20 minutes for our waitress and for a water, never got refills, mixed up all of our drinks or they were poorly made. Our food came after an hour and some of us sitting there, it was cold, and not what we ordered. We ended up being there for 2 hours and 45 minutes, people walked out too. Not a good experience at all, will not be returning.

Owners, Management, and Staff are awesome! Great service and awesome staff. We really enjoy the atmosphere and the food! Highly recommend coming out for food and drinks!

Went to rock creek after the barbie movie, we stopped in for a few drinks and some great pricing for happy hour our server was absolutely amazing, tanis recommended margaritas and to make it fit with our barbie theme she asked if we wanted to make it pink! She also addressed us as barbies as she said she recently watched the movie and was staying in character just for us, thanks again server Barbie Tanis! Will definitely have another girls night out at this establishment
