Rock Creek Woodsmoke Grill + Bar

Went here for a friend's birthday dinner. This location offers dessert for the celebrants. Service was a little bit slow, but not offensive considering it was a large table. The bulldog drink is a fancy one to take, the physics behind it was interesting. The pasta Alfredo could be better. Pork Ribs were dry too but again, maybe the staff were overwhelmed. Will I go there again? , yes, but maybe with a smaller group.

Very disappointing meal. The grilled garlic butter Atlantic salmon was bland, cold, very dry and came with no smoked garlic and butter sauce. The seasonal veggies were cold, hardly cooked sliced carrots that looked old and dry and broccoli that a knife would barely cut through. The stuffed potato was ok. Friend had ribs and chicken. The ribs still had the skin on them and extremely tough. Definitely not fall of the bone. Dry and cold chicken breast. Other friend had the prime rib, cold, tough and chewy I would NOT recommend this place. Total waste of money. If I could rate it at zero stars I would.

Had the eggs Benedict with brisket for a lunch.the holidays sauce was bland and the English muffin tasted stale. The only good thing was the hash browns.

Waited up front for 5 mins after supper rush, got sat waited another 5 minutes to be acknowledged, ready to walk out then server arrived. She's friendly and obviously newer. Got wrong ceaser salad as that's the one she said it was and kitchen didn't fix it. THEN my Prime Rib was ice COLD! I had to flag someone down to get it corrected! They reheated it and it was warm-ish and bland! I was hungry at this point so I ate it. No discount offered by management for all the issues! If I could give RC a Zero I would! Epic FAIL!

Visited Rock Creek for brunch for the first time. Amazing food and amazing prices! As well, our waitress Susan was wonderful.

The waitress was super nice and efficient, the food was good, although it just needed a touch of salt and pepper.

Staff saw us coming with my husband holding my 4 month baby and my 6 years old standing at the front desk And we were completely beings ignored she was busy sweeping the floor that a word would have disturb her too much and it wasn’t even busy …so we decided to take our business somewhere else since I guess we are not a value customer fyi will never be back thank you.

Went for brunch this past Sunday morning. Food was fantastic…omelette was tasty and the hash browns were incredible. And a good cup of coffee to top it off. Very impressed.

First time here. My wife and I had chicken and waffles, firecrackers, and bread with cheese and jam. Everything tasted great. Our server was very attentive and responsible. Overall a nice experience, and we would definitively visit again.

Absolutely love coming to Rock Creek, amazing atmosphere, great staff, and fantastic food. Perfect place to celebrate, nip in for a quick pint, or take clients.

A cosy place for a Tuesday night. Friendly employees. Food that I ordered (Buddha Thai Bowl), was not that much tasty and remarkable that I can suggest you to try it on your next visit there. I have tried better Thai dishes in other restaurants. This one was okay.
My friends had burgers and they were happy with that.

Do Not Order the Blackened Chicken! Atmosphere was nice enough, clean for sure. Best part of the meal were the drinks and sides. Pulled pork was average but not enough sauce. Ribs were Luke warm at best and For the first time in 20 years I refused to pay for something. The blackened chicken was a dried out piece of baked clean breast, thinking probably a bunch of unseasoned breasts were thrown in the oven several hours prior on low enough heat to dry it out completely, and when they served it to me it was briefly warmed in a microwave before tossing on an eighth of a teaspoon of seasoning. It was hard, dried out white and cold. Seriously shockingly bad. I will not go back. Primarily due to the chicken. But also due to the waitresses reaction that what I was served was typical and acceptable way to serve blackened chicken. Lol. Thank goodness for good company. I enjoyed the drinks and carried on.

Worst place to eat, we made reservations and regretted coming to this place.waited 40min to get our starters Nachos which we ordered without meat and had bacon in it. Asked to change it and waited another 40min to get them. Super slow service and manager didn't care if the service was good or not. Bills came another 40min late and then the server would take payment from one and forget to take from others. Overall it's a NEGATIVE STAR.advice people to go to Stonebridge location much better or pick another place if you want to enjoy.

Good experience for mid afternoon meal. Service was very good. No waiting. Meal served quickly. Mac n cheese side was very good. Had the 3 smoked meat combo ribs fall off the bone, pulled pork a little dry brisket was good. Good portions. The smoke scent I really appreciate and not overwhelming. Great atmospher clean well kepted place with good selections and choices.

The burger bun was freezer burned and fell apart. The food wasn't very tasty. I make better food at home

Food at Rock Creek is so so but for some reason the prices have gotten so much higher. I was especially upset that they charged us for a side of hot sauce! Pretty sure there are other places I can go to get way better food for a lot cheaper. Think twice before asking for hot sauce or soy sauce because you will pay for it.

This has been our third visit in a couple years as we are not from Saskatoon. Each time our server has been exceptional; very friendly and helpful to suggest menu items. The food was fresh and delicious and enough left for a take home container. We came each time mid afternoon for lunches and it was a pleasant and quiet atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

There on a calm, Sunday afternoon. The staff kept tables well attended while also keeping the establishment clean. Friendly service and well made food helped make it an enjoyable afternoon. Tvs in there as well for those hoping to catch a game, but not so many to keep everyone distracted while you are there if you are not wanting to watch.

Meh. Nothing special. "Crispy" fried onions on the pulled pork sandwich were soggy and cold. Breakfast tacos had decent flavor but difficult to eat, the fried egg should be put in the soft taco first and then everything else on top, also serve it on real plate and not a cutting board, stuff falls out and all over your lap. Probably won't bother coming back. Place was dead, perhaps a reason?

How great was that? There's nothing better than good food, great service, and a friendly atmosphere. So yummy. Keep up the good work!

Ordered vegan burgers on skip the dishes. Absolutely brutal. Worst I've ever seen. Friken joke. Cold, stale, 15 fries. 15. Two burgers and fries for $40 and not worth a dime. Don't eat here, or order from here. You will be extremely dissatisfied.

I truly can't believe this place has a 4 star rating. The food was terrible. How can they justify charging those prices?

High priced yet mediocre food.

We both had a burger and the bun was a mess, standard white bread that fell apart halfway through eating it. The patty was dry and not very tasty.

I also paid extra for they're "Asiago Fries" that was actually a small bowl of cheap looking fries with 10c of cheese grated on top.

Just another grill OJs style place that is overpriced for meh food.

Stopped for a date with my wife that we havent had in years, stood and waited for quite some time for hostess to seat us, prime rib was more rare than medium rare, but overall good.

Came for breakfast since I was early for work. They have brunch on weekends. I had the brisket eggs Benedict with hashbrowns (thick cut), coffee and orange juice. The brisket was very tender and the sauce complimented everything well. The hashbrowns were crispy on the outside and soft inside, probably the best I've had at a restaurant. I was served by Pedro who had an amazing attitude. He made sure my visit was one to remember. I highly recommend coming to this restaurant if you want great food and amazing service!

We had the brisket and farmers sausage. So yummy. Was so full but still wanted dessert, so we got Creme Brulie Cheesecake to go. Our waitress was wonderful as well.

Very classy restaurant, friendly staff, and quick service. Delicious food on menu as well. May be a bit pricey for some people, but big servings. We enjoyed our meals there.

Baby back ribs more fat than meat, strange cabbage coleslaw dressing, 10 very salty fries for 20.00. Also Haddock greasy and undercooked. Small portion, just as well. Overpriced. White wine in a water glass, about 1 inch high in the glass.
