You can’t get a steak sandwich at supper time. The food is marginal and the staff are fair. The waitress called me “bro” and “honey” and I’m not convinced she was respecting my preference to be addressed as a woman.

The food was excellent. The server was super polite and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable.

Very good service. Food was OK, somewhat disappointing. My father-in-law was very disappointed with his prime rib, my ribs were dry/tough and the brisket was tough. My wife's aunt loved her prime rib sandwich and my coleslaw was very good.

I celebrated my birthday last week at Rock Creek and the free dessert (banana burrito) was really good.

Went there with my wife for supper, never have I ever had such poor reception, I honestly felt that I was a bother to the waitress, I will not be returning honestly the food was pretty bland too!

Walked over from near by hotel after arriving from out of town by air. Had a look at the menu on line and walked in with a quick menu item to order. Quick and helpful staff. Came back in 15 and food was ready. Walked back to hotel and opened the bag and containers of food.
Ordered the pull pork sandwich, which I found the pork so dry and hard end pieces, slaw was minimal and mushy, dry bun and the crispy onions didn't exist much and were mush. With the order was a full Cesar salad. Was all leaves, a few croutons.there is more sauce in a ketchup pack than what was offered.
Over all, 35$ plus a tip for food i couldn't finish and was clearly seen the next day on its way out on the express train.

Came here for a work meeting around 4pm and we had the lounge to ourselves.
I wasn't sure what beer to get so the manager brought me tasters of his own accord! The server helped us modify a menu item and was genuinely happy to do so. All around great service this trip!

Absolutely the BEST smoked brisket Benny's I've ever tasted. The brunch options here are amazing. The staff is fantastic, highly recommended!

It was quite busy with only one server. Very impressive how she managed to meet the demands of all the tables. The food was a little slower coming out but considering how busy Breanna was she did an amazing job!

Third meal that was undercooked here. Came here because it is conveniently located by the hotel. Complained about the food (to which I took one bite) and was told by the server it's a preference thing. I showed her the uncooked meat (bacon in the chicken + bacon dip) to which she advised it's cooked prior to being put in the dip. That's fine - however it clearly wasn't cooked all the way. I was charged full price for something I couldn't force myself to eat. I absolutely hate complaining at restaurants but there was no way to eat that, I had to say something. After paying for my bill, the waitress advised the person I was with that there was a new cook working tonight.

We were in Saskatoon visiting family a couple of weeks ago and stopped at Rock Creek for a late breakfast. My wife and I and two grandkids. They sat us right away and brought us coffees and juice for the kids. The service was very good. The food was awesome. I recommend Rock Creek Grill if you’re looking for good service and good food

I would like to point out how friendly, and inviting the staff is. The food was amazing, and the conversation with the staff was equal.

Went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my yam fries! I didn’t know how spicy they would be but she gladly exchanged them for plain ones. Delicious meal.

The staff are really nice, but don't get the vegan buddha bowl unless you want some raw cauliflower, dry cooked black beans and soggy tofu cubes.

Was there the other day with my sister, ordered ribs, onion rings, and fish and chips. Everything was incredibly bland, fries were soggy, fish was meh… onion rings weren’t touched with a single ounce of seasoning. Got a peach Bellini, drink was overflowing on the table. My sister complained about the ribs having zero flavour, didn’t even eat them all. Offered 20% off for the ribs, which ended up being 2 bucks. Definitely won’t go back. Not worth the cost at all. Go to McDonald’s instead, you’ll be happier with yourself.

I went there a couple weeks ago and had a waiter named susan.she was overly chatty and it made it hard to enjoy my meal with her constant talking.my food took forever and she made exuses by blaming waiters

The food is good, the drinks are great, and Ken (ny G) is the best. Ask him for a smoked old fashioned and he won't disappoint!

Amazing and friendly service during a somewhat busy lunch hour today, food came out hot and faster than expected. Place was clean and smelled delicious. Will be coming back.

Food (prime rib sandwich) could have been spectacular, but was so meh. Meat was dry, bun stale, sauces insipid. With 1 beer cost over $35.

Had a great lunch with a friend there on Friday-the salad was excellent and the service was superb-Shelly our server was friendly and efficient Went to this establishment on the weekend and received great service and good food-shout out to Angie our server who was friendly cheerful and helpful with our selections

My wife and I were excited to go out to diner for my wife her birthday and we both ordered the steak and asked for rare. When we got them and sliced them open, they were brown inside as if they were defrosted in warm water so we send them back. The waitress was really nice about it and assured us they weren't microwaved nor defrosted in warm water, when they came back the second time the steaks were the same "dead" looking brown and everything but rare to the point we were actually afraid to eat them because defrosting a steak in warm water means creating bacteria. Eventually they were taken off the bill of course but it's still a huge disappointment when you want a nice birthday night out.

I used to hate this restaurant. They have now improved with their new menu and Smoky flavors. Service was good. I will be back again.

4 of us went out for a celebratory supper and a extremely disappointed. The calam3was iver cooked although the coating qas anything but crispy. The bacon & chix dip was very greasy and we waited for 20min to get the apps that were or8with our drinks. Our server never offered to refill our drinks ir iffer water for each of us. I asked for lemon with my water and havenever seen such a thin slice before. The Zeke burgers were good as were the Asiago fries. The RC club wrap was nothing great and the steak sandwich may have been grilled medium rare as requested and flavor was great but was completely room temperature! When Raelynn our server finally came around to ask about our food I asked for a hot steak. 15min later I finally got a hot steak but it was grilled rare (wrong!) & had zero seasoning on it nor the mushrooms. When we got our bill, the steak sandwich was not even omitted from the bill! Extremely disappointed!

Good food, a bit pricey but a good menu. Mainly lunch and dinner place. Has a lounge for sports and appies

It was great! I had the 13th man pizza and would definitely recommend it. It could be shared it you are wanting a lite lunch. That would be 3 pieces each. Great service too

Food was great and portions were nice. Service was cheerful when they were around, which wasn't often enough. Spent more time waiting for service than getting any. Not the highlight to our night.

Very disappointed. The server was really rude, I and my husband were talking really politely but she seems she was having a bad day. She wasn’t attentive and was staring at my autistic son, no crayons or drawings were offered for the kids. Food was quick but awful rice was very dry with no taste grilled chicken wasn’t grilled well. My kids loved the pasta and mash potatoes but for me and my husband our meals weren’t good at all. The two stars is because we came 2 months ago and service was great but this time not at all very disappointing.

Giving them a four is pretty good there's lots of restaurants to choose and I think they could do a lot better job the food is okay but pricey for what you get

Been here quite a few times and the food and service has been excellent everytime. Friendly staff and not long waits either. Would recommend!

EDIT: have been back several times recently and everything was fantastic. Different food everytime and all was amazing. Our server was shelly and she was one of the best waitresses I've ever had. Would definitely recommend this place

Fantastic family restaurant. Great food and plans portions along with low prices. The bbq here is the best I have had. I will definitely go back.

My wife and I were given a gift card for Christmas and thought we would give Rock Creek a go! For whatever reason we had never been there before. Initial impression walking into the resturant was great. The food options sounded so good and my wife and I had a hard time making a decision. She went with the lettuce wraps and I went with the friday night special of smoked prime rib. We recieved our food and to our disappointment, nothing tasted very good. My wife loves lettuce wraps, especially cactus clubs wraps and Rock creeks sauce was awful. It was so salty and just didn't taste very good. My prime rib was below average. It for sure had the smoked taste but was smoked for too long which ruined the "melt in your mouth" effect I love about a prime rib. My vegatables were over steamed and just awful as well. Even the asiago fries were pretty bad - they were mushy and drenched in oil (to the point that the bottom on the bowl was completely full of oil). For the high price I would avoid the prime rib. My wife and love food and we are hard to not please. Very disappointed in our supper out!
