Always a good experience, plus I can take my dog in there pet friendly so it makes my shopping experience that much better.

My wife and I loaded 11 sheets of 12’ drywall, 5 sheets of OSB and several 1x4’s / 2x4’s by ourselves. Several staff members walked around us, none offered any help. A younger attractive woman walked by and had 2 employees eagerly trying to assist her. It was disappointing to say the least. Every time I would walk towards an employee to ask for some help, they would start walking in the opposite direction. When we were outside loading everything onto our trailer, again employees walked right by (not actually doing anything, just sort of wandering around) without even offering to help.

Bought a dehumidifier June 4 as I didn't know the difference between that and a/c unit. Returned to rona June 5 to get an a/c unit. Thank you to the staff for being polite and helpful. Oh the a/c unit works just fine. Thanks

Very unprofessional place. Doomed to fail. Do not waist your time with Rona. Caught several employees standing around, making fun of customers. You can find better product for cheaper prices at there competition

Had the product I required and prepared it promptly. While I waited, I went through the discount section and found great value on other items I didn't expect to purchase at this time.

Well like so many of us I went to Rona today. I wanted to check out the store but was sadly disappointed. Same tired staff - not interested in customer service. I had hoped to see some new energy but the same lackluster people doing the least that they can to get through the day. Really sad to see this!
To Management - shame on you! Especially Tracy!
To Staff - You need to treat others as you would like to be treated. I am there to spend money so you can have a job - not to inconvenience you while you chat with other employees.

Went there today needing 5 things and they didn"t have 3 of them.what kind of hardware stores is out of drywall screws and sys636 piping and fittings, I wish there was a better option in this city that was open the same hours.

Helpful snd knowledgeable staff, decent prices, never wait in line. I shop here frequently and will continue to do so. Much better than the other hardware/building supply stores in town.

I ordered a countertop in May and was told it be ready in 2-3 weeks. It's now July and they finally have it in. When I went to pick it up (prepaid) they said they didn't have it under my bfs name, neither of us were emailed an order number like they said they would. It was an hour long process to pick up the counter top that was already extremely late.

Friendly, helpful staff, but.
At mid-afternoon I picked up a plastic hose connector and went to the till area. It wasn't busy in the store but I became fourth in line. All tills were closed except for one of the two in the customer service booth. One of the two girls there was filling out forms or something, the other was dealing with a customer return which he claimed he'd already resolved over the phone. There was a dispute so she left to check on something but she also told the other employee to take her break. More people lined up behind me. Another employee passing by knew one of the customers in front of me and they struck up a conversation. When the first girl returned she asked the new girl that was having the conversation to open the other till. By this time there were seven people waiting behind me (there were two couples). I'm all for a relaxed atmosphere but felt that this was pushing it. The reason I decided to share this is because I've had similar experiences at this same store. I hope someone in charge sees this and can improve the service.

Service was/is terrible. Workers standing around or walking right by you and no-one asking if you need help. Gotta do better in this industry if you want to keep customers. Need way more customer service training.

They sell walk behind mowers but have no parts to fix them. Now I tell people to go somewhere else.

Used to be good but the last few times I was there the help was non-existant even though the girl at the front paged someone for me 3 times. Time before I had to go into the back "staff only" part to find someone. Lots of staff back there chatting. Their website is impossible to maneuver through because its so busy with pop-ups wanting your EXACT location you can't look for a product. The whole process of buying from them, in person or looking online has become extremely frustrating.

I continue to be amazed, but not surprised, by the levels of shear incompetence. I called there 3 times today. Each time trying to get to doors and windows or lumber. They would transfer me, then when they don’t answer it goes back to yet another different person, who then transfers me again. When I finally find someone WILLING to help look up if they have gotten any more stock of a product, they say they will call me back, and never do. Horrible way to treat any customer. So glad the store is self help for nearly everything when I am in store. This has been one of the most frustrating interactions with customer service of any kind.

Every time I visit I have been approached by Rona team members and asked if I am finding everything I am looking for. This is rare in retail these days. Members are knowledgeable in the products they sell and always willing to help out. The store is kept organized and clean. Overall pleasant experiences every time I go.

I find that quite often they don't have what I need or if they do the prices are too high. This trip I found a pop up canopy on sale at a great price!

Pretty small store, doesn't always have what I need, but the staff are far and away the most helpful and friendly of any hardware store I know.

Always a great experience at Rona moose jaw, staff is always there to help and very knowledgeable and polite and professional. If they don't care a certain item I am looking for they take time to look it up on there computers and then make a suggestion if they don't find it on their computers where u may find it at another store or business

I love your moose jaw store. But it has the rudest staff. I went into the store and asked if they had or could order a pellet stove so the girl called for staff to come and talk to me. While waiting for some one to talk to I was trying not to stand to close (social distrancing) so I stood about 10 to 15 feet away from the registers. I suddenly heard the girl (lol the in customer service desk) say why would anyone want a stove in summer. I told the girl I was on a fixed income and I was using my income tax to help heat my home in the country. I also said there I also said she was being rude. She returned so why don't you go somewhere else if I didn't want it here. The so called person in charge didwhat anyone who is working in a rude environment. She stood behind her teller and told me that i was standing 10 to 15 feet from the desk so if the person came how would Ihe know where I was I replied no one had because I was watching. I know I'm not the richest guy nor the poorest. I also complained to the store upper. Management lolol now I know where it comes
from just rude zero custmer service (where is you customer sevice lol who you think the girl was at the customer service rep for the storewas thrudest I stayed calmm I was firm not outwardly angry. If you shop here you may be treated very poorly. Also I took you service reps advice and shopped elsewhere. Life is hard enough in these days do you really want to be treated like this. I wish I could rate zero or even in the negative. Just bad

Felicity with the pink hair you FAIL! I really hope management steps up and monitors you, I did speak with your manager directly to share the details of the horrible customer service you provided. You ruined my shopping experience by not fully disclosing your return without receipt policy, you were rude and condescending, then spoke poorly of your manager behind her back after she gave you direction. Very unprofessional.

Its like most hardware stores. Prices are reasonable and you can find some good deals. Could have better service in the wood area.

Felicity you FAIL! I really hope management steps up and monitors you. You ruined my 40 min shopping experience at the end when I dealt with you taking pymnt. Honesty I spent 1500 dollars on my fence. You had an attitude taking my coupon off my phone, rushed my payments of both cash and debt. Impatient, snarly.and have no business in a customer service position. I had amazing service with Reno and tieanne (spelt name wrong sry.

Appliances and the necessary parts for the installation were purchased online. Local store representative Felicity called to confirm this order and struggled to complete this order in a professional manner. Appliances were delayed being delivered by 3 weeks including 1 week that was to have a scheduled confirmed delivery but resulted in a no show.

Poor communication all around. A number of phone calls to Ronas head office to resolve the issue.

Customers should note that extra parts ordered online are not delivered apparently with the appliances but actually need to be picked up onsite at the local store even though online order was completed for all items in one transaction to be delivered. Only found out this information when following up about delivery delay.

When attempting to pick up the parts at the store as advised the items were not available and had to be substituted.

A number of staff did attempt to resolve these issues in the end and that was greatly appreciated but overall the experience was a consumer nightmare.

Excellent customer service from Cathy in the Window and Door Dept. She was so very helpful & knowledgeable about the products she sells and set up our installation of the Front & Storm doors without any problem. Thanks Cathy for the excellent service and making this customer totally satisfied and to Trevor for the awesome installation.

Spoke to young girl at paint counter. I understand these are minimum wage jobs, but it’s still a store where customers require people to have a bit of knowledge and be able to offer some help and assistance. She had no desire to help me out or suggest anything.
