RONA Prince Albert

Please see my photo of my “moderated” and unpublished review. It is a 100% accurate depiction of the events. I initially shopped on the Rona website and located the product I wanted and saw there were 5 in stock. I went to the store to buy it and after asking for help I left empty handed. The next day I ordered the item on the website in the morning and 2.5 hours later that same day it was ready for pickup in the same store I was in the day before. I have email time stamps to verify my claims. You know Rona, if you did better I would review better!

I would like to commend the outstanding customer service provided by Dan or Daniel, one of employees or manager (not sure of his exact position at Rona Prince Albert store). I recently had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Dan regarding a T-mold wood transition, and I must say that the level of service provided went beyond my expectations.

Dan's knowledge and expertise in the matter were truly impressive. Not only did Dan help me find the appropriate solution for my needs, but also took the time to address my concerns and issues on the T-molding I bought at the Prince Albert branch. This attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly set Dan apart.

I greatly appreciate Dan's dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. His friendly demeanor, patience, and professionalism made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. It is employees like Dan who make a significant difference in building a positive customer experience.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dan or Daniel for his exceptional assistance and encourage him to keep up the fantastic work. His commitment to providing top-notch customer service is commendable and reflects positively on Rona. I will not hesitate to recommend Rona to others based on my wonderful experience with Dan.

Best place for building products in town. Everything you need for the cabin on the way up north. Reasonable prices to!

Got exterior doors put on in fall, have called numerous times that they have been sticking. No help finally get ahold of the door lady and then got told because I forced my door open (had to get in my house some how) and did not get hold of her first to get it fixed that my warranty is void. When in fact I had called numerous times before and got no where. Guy didn't even want to come fix it if I paid extra. My doors were not even done properly. Don't appreciate the rudeness of the employees. Have not went back there since and probabyl wont. They think ppl have extra money to get doors put on a second time. I already paid $4500 for the 2 doors that got put on and struggling as is. Just not impressed of the customer service. What's the point of offering warranty when you don't give it when needed. Also the door in the front is faulty (window leaks) but owell everyone's rich and can afford to get another company to put new doors on right? !

Adin in the paint section was so helpful with cutting the blinds for me. Thank you so very much Adin.

I got followed around as if I was a shoplifter and once I even got wrongly accused of shoplifting. Afternoon the guy apologized and realized I was the wrong person. I carried on shopping. The store is very clean, the bathroom was clean and didn't smell unlike some washrooms in businesses around the City, the staff is friendly, Rona sells everything for the experienced home renovators to barbecues, electrical and plants and flowers. Everything you need to made upgrades/repairs to your home to even fixing up the outside of your home. They even have a separare entrace for contractors.

Buyer Beware! Purchased things for my nonprofit organization from here for years, never issues. Now however, over the last year nothing but problems and no solutions for it. “Too big to fail Mentality” I guess. I don’t know if it’s poor management, or owners neglect but customer service and quality of items has diminished well past the point to where we will no longer shop at this location.

Everytime I try to buy from the paint department at Rona I am faced with dealing with a woman who is without doubt the nastiest and least help helpful sales rep.ever. Today she couldn't help find the stain I needed nor match a paint color. All the while with such a nasty disposition. If this was my store she would be long gone! I made the mistake of going to Rona for the brand names but will never be back because of this old girl!

This store is only good if you know exactly what you want. Service is poor the majority of the time about 90% of the time when I ask for a part I end up returning it because it is an incorrect part. Once I asked for a drain stopper and no kidding the rona employee handed me a toilet flapper.

Same old products for 10+ years. Would be nice to see some new lighting options and new things being brought in.

Great shopping experience! Had everything I needed for my project in one spot and the staff were very helpful. They probably cut my time in half in there by helping me out.

It was hard to find an employee, and once I did he couldn't help. 20 minutes of my life I will never get back

Great service and help from the yardman selecting and loading my lumber order.
Pricing also excellent on KD studs at $4.23.

Walked in to pro desk, asked for what I needed, had clerk grab what I need, loaded and was on my way 15 minutes, all good.

The store was clean and well laid out. Staff was easy to find and helpful. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely shop here again.

Good place to purchase tools, accessories, toilets and even a few appliances. Just hard to find help at times specially if you don't what you are looking for.

Every one is very helpful and friendly at the store. When I have a problem I can usually find a knowledgeable staff member with valuable information. I get consistent service. Service that makes shopping at Rona an enjoyable experience.

Clean, good social distancing, no line ups. There could be a few more staff on the sales floor but all in all a good experience.

Hard to find help in most areas of the store, with the exception of Matt from lumber Dept and Raymond in Hardware they are extremely helpful. The woman that runs the paint/blinds section is very good also.

I went get vent registers (2 of them) and it was a worker who helped me, showed him the size (had a pic of it). So I bought them, came home tried to put them on but they were to big. Went back and was only able to return 1 of them.it wasn’t even an hour that I had bought them. So I’m stuck with one that I don’t need and a vent that is open and dangerous for my 3 year old daughter not impressed and won’t be going there again. But.

I needed a sheet of plywood cut. The lady at the desk told me they were busy, and I might have to wait for them to cut. I had to wait a whole 5 minutes, and Bob was friendly to help me.

Good service when I got my lumber loaded. The guy took the time to select the best boards available. And remembered to flag the load in the back of my truck.

A very helpful & knowledgeable employee. The two items I required were in stock. Thank you.

Very helpful floor and yard staff. Was short of stock on the electrical boxes I needed. Aisle needed to be restocked.

I love coming here because I can find what I need and the line ups at the till are non existant. You can also take your dog in the store as long as it's on a leash!

Till staff are always pleasant and willing to help! Went at 5: 50 tonight ops sorry! Didn’t realize you close at 6PM.but you wouldn’t even of known it! Till staff were more then happy to help the customers! A+ service ALWAYS!

Apparently they dont carry anything for lumber, nor do they care to take any time to even look. I drove in from Melfort and walked out with nothing. Go anywhere else if you need lumber. They're not going to try anything to earn your business.

Messy, cluttered and disorganized store. Nothing you want to buy is ever in stock. If it is in stock good luck finding it.
