Just received the plants I ordered several days ago on line. I live in Oshawa Ontario and they came within days and were very well packaged. I'm very pleased and will consider ordering again from this company.

Called for customer service, and Tyler responded back as soon as he could (within minutes)! Amazing customer service and was beyond helpful. Take all your plant related needs/wants here! He’ll help you out! 10/10!

Bought a pop socket for my phone, had it for less than 24hrs when it completely snapped off. Really just disappointed cause it looks pretty and seemed like decent quality.

Wonderful folks. Very knowledgeable. Have been to the store a number of times. We had Sam out to help us save some of our indoor plants. She reworked a lot of our plants and pots. Knew her stuff and was great to work with!

Seriously such a great place not only for AMAAAAZING plants, but for pots, aesthetics, jewelry, candles, so many cute things and just so sooo much more! The vibe is also next level and one cannot help but be at bliss when inside the store!

The owners at Rooted are so knowledgeable about plants, plus the space is such a vibe! I didn’t want to leave and could have spent hours in there. They have such amazing plants and arrangements as well as the cutest plant pots and deco! Love rooted so much and will forever be my fav plant center to go to!

I am from 4.5 hours away and reviews of this plant shop are justified. Visited while passing through and will be doing it again! Friendly, beautiful, beautiful plants and a great atmosphere.great selection. I was a little disappointed to see some dead sections and moldy leaves in a couple of my online orders when picked up and the photos online are definitely best of the bunch (some of mine were quite small in comparison), but overall very happy.

I love coming into rooted! The plants are so well taken care of and the owner is always a pleasure to be around.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about plants. When asked about various ways to take care of plants, and even diagnosing they know their stuff.

Also, they have a shop dog! That deserves a sixth star all on it's own.

As someone who loves plants, and supporting small businesses. I picked Rooted Livings Designs at random. Living in Toronto, I was wanting to send a friend in Regina a gift. Not only did they put together some lovely plants.
They went above and beyond, and helped me put a BEAUTIFUL gift basket together.

Very knowledgeable with plants, great customer service. I do not live in regina but the owner Tyler has been very helpful everytime I've wanted to make a purchase. Carry amazing plant varieties amongst other great products. My favorite plant store in the city.

First time at the store and CLOSED hours are 11 am to 7 pm on Wednesday and Thursdays.no one here, no note.not very good service! Very disappointed

I have recently discovered Rooted and so far every plant and product I have purchased has been amazing! They are all thriving and healthy, from day one! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, especially for new plant parents like myself! The offer lots of tips and tricks and it gives me the confidence to be able to make sure my new plants thrive! The customer service alone will keep me coming back. Also, the atmosphere is absolutely GORGEOUS. The set up makes it easy to browse and all of the plants looks so bright and healthy. New fav plant shop!

Super spot for indoor plants and such a huge variety of tropical species, it makes the Amazon look like a garden (okay.maybe a tad overboard) but you get my point. Succulent success!

The staff had great advice on what plants would work for what types of spaces (dry, low light, direct light etc). They also sell soil!

I love this store! My favourite plant shop in the city. They've got such a great collection of plants, and even stock some "rare" plants. I got my Coconut plant and some air plants from here - Excellent customer service and prices! Would highly recommend paying this store a visit if you are looking for beautiful plants to bring into your home.

Fantastic selection, with both a variety of "classic go to standards" and rare, hard to find, wish list plants. The owners were knowledgeable, patient, and able to answer all my questions about a plant I had never seen before. They have a super cute selection of seasonal planters and arrangements. I've seen that they offer workshops with these planters and arrangments as well.

Absolutely the best place for plant arguments and other gift ideas. The customer service beyond amazing. I will always choose or suggest Rooted over anybody.

Rooted is like a lil urban jungle nestled into the warehouse district of Regina. They have the cutest plants and planters, the boys who own it are so friendly and knowledgeable! I love hot boutique this plant shop is. They make the most amazing custom planters for any occasion. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
