Rooter-Man Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Had a stubborn kitchen sink drain line clog that a handheld snake wouldn't clear. Middle of winter and most plumbers were crazy busy with HVAC repairs, but Rooter Man sent someone right away. Jack showed up and troubleshooted the situation and provided an electric auger to clear the blockage. He opened up a few cleanout ports throughout the house to manually inspect for clearance and fully flushed the system. Very impressed with the timely response and swift repair. Would definitely call them again.

Amazing service! Quick and priced far better than some, also came with a warranty and the problem was tested to make sure it was fixed.

Had a problem with our drain in the basement flooding. Rooterman was here for a grand total of 10 minutes and said they didn’t have the equipment to clean out the drain… was shocking as this is exactly what the company does. But refused to do it due to lack of equipment and they still charged us. 0/10 useless

They arrived 45 minutes past the appointment time. The technician was polite and courteous. All in all ok. Service call was 45 min in length and cost was $130+

Kory and all of his crew were just excellent, did not over sell, just told
us what we needed. Prices were great and the service was excellent.
All of his staff were very professional and polite.
We installed a new furnace, water heater and air conditioning.
Can not say enough about how great they were, all done in one day.

I called them again to open our kitchen sink. There deliver a very clean job for a very reasonable price in a short time. So, I changed 4 star to 5.

Mike and his guys were great! I had a plugged toilet. The guys showed up on time but just as they arrived I cleared it myself. I was on the phone to Mike to cancel. He and his guys were gracious and kind and left with no hard feelings. While I didn't need them after all there is no doubt I will use them in future if needed. So impressed!

Great company! They replaced my water heater in under 2 hours for a reasonable price and managed to get in quick.

Attempted to clear the sewer line of tree roots and could not do it because he didn’t bring a big enough plumbing snake… and it was a weekend so he was extra reluctant / grumpy to even come out for extra cash.which I didn’t mind. Just wanted it fixed regardless of price.
Can’t recommend someone that doesent do the job.

Had Rooter-Man install a Natural Gas hookup for my BBQ outside. I did not get the techs name but he came out and suggest that I put a larger connection on on natural gas hookup just in case I want to use it for an area heater in the future which was a great idea! I had to take off to the office and asked him to lock the gate once he finished up. Got home gate was locked like I asked which was great! Installed the connection right where I asked and everything was nice and clean!

Although receptionist was very polite and kind, my serviceman was a no-show, I confirmed my appointment via email and put aside.my time.and didn't even receive a call informing me of my work being pushed off.

This is disrespectful, I put MY TIME aside for your business and I don't even get the courtesy of a call.

I will take my business elsewhere, won't recommend.

The tech arrived on time and went to work on the problem right away. He worked on the problem for at least 1/2 an hour, if not more. The problem was a ball of tree roots. He was able to cut through it, now we're back to normal. Thanks Jason from Rooter-Man. Very impressed. A job well done.

Very professional, reasonable price, honest and reliable service. Michael was very friendly and informative. Will be making another appointment for furnace and air con service soon.
