One of the best local food outlets in the city. Meats, perogies, cabbage rolls, pickles you name it.

Wow. Rosemont Hardware has a major identity crisis. Are they just a Hardware store or are they a small batch bakery and specialty craft food outlet. Even if you don't think that there is anything that you need, they will have something to tempt you. From smoked pork chops to freeze dried candy, to pickled jalapenos, or door knobs, they got you covered. Definitely worth the trip. You need to stop by if nothing else, just to have a look.

I always recieve good prompt service at Rosemount hardware. The gentleman cashier is polite and courteous and makes sure your happy with his service upon leaving. There is a variety of canned foods he also sells and I must say the jam I purchased was excellent and tasty on my breakfast toast. An perfect place to frequent for any basic need.

I’ve actually been shopping at the Rosemont hardware store since I was a little kid. I remember walking from my moms house to pick up supplies for my random creations. Having such a familiar and inviting face was encouraging for me. Now I’m a general contractor and a pretty good one at that. I’m not saying that the hardware store dictated my success but it definitely contributed to it. I’m grateful and thankful to everyone at the Rosemont hardware centre. We live in a little different area now and the hardware centre is a bit of a drive for us to get there. But it was enjoyable for me too be able to take my son and show them their new store. They’ve got so much local support in one place it’s admirable. Make sure to pop in and support this local business. They deserve every ounce of support our community has to offer.

Staff was very angry in my opinion, (the older man in general), I have had bad experiences at this location, and at the last location, being sworn at, being treated terribly and having staff feel annoyed when i want to ask questions about products, new location, same problems. Something I want to ask, “Roesmont Hardwear”, if it’s a hardwear store, then why are you selling pizzas, steaks and other food items.

Love the new location; way better than the dingy strip mall. Grabbed some steak and it was delicious. Also got some cucumbers which were amazing. Dennis rocks!

I have been in the store once based on the recommendation from a friend. Got a pretty snarky "what do you want" when I came in. Needless to say, neither of us have been back since.

Discovered a hidden gem with awesome customer service. My lawnmower blade had come loose. The fixed this in minutes and sharpened the blade. I would recommend this hardware store to anybody and everybody. Good people there.

You are likely to find far more than you go in looking for.including friendly conversation with the owners. They are a small locally owned business who supports other small locally owned businesses by selling their homemade goods. From hardware to lottery to fresh breads and baking to handmade frozen pizzas to pickled beets to so much more. You will always enjoy your trips to this store.

A lot of service in one little store. Their freezers are stocked with the tastiest selection of food from local Sk vendors. They’re well stocked with items you’ll need for home & yard maintenance. Hours are long and the staff are fun to talk with.

Worst service ever for small engine repair.charged me for a bunch of stuff that I didnt need and didn't ask for.i asked them to.fix two things they overcharged me for one thing and didnt even look at the other

Wish I could give this place a -5 for their horrible customer service. Dropped off snow blower for a leaking carburetor and to look at the drive as it was slipping at times under heavy load. When I dropped it off they didn't write anything down and I had a very uneasy feeling when I left there like I should have gone back and picked it up. I asked them to call me when they found out what the issue with the drive was. They called 5 days later and said it was all fixed up and said the total bill was $140.00. I was very happy with that until I went to pick it up. Very rude old guy said that the bill would now be $195.00 and that still wasn't enough, then in front of me as well as several other customers, he called his brother and began an argument with him over $20 dollars that he should have charged me on top of the $195. I was angry at this point as I seen on the bill that they charged me for changing oil, new spark plug, near shear pin, and $10 for a litre of gas. I did not ask for any of these things to be replaced as they did not need replacing and I do all of that on my own. At first I was told $140 then it comes to $195 and then he charged me another $20 and never even looked at the drive system. Then he proceeds to call me names in front of other customers as I said I would never be back and to just charge me whatever so I can get out of there. I called him an a##hole and left, never to be back. If there was an error on the bill that's one thing but the way he handled it was terrible and they did service that I never asked for and it did not need and charged me heavy for it.and never looked at the drive issue which was my main concern terrible.terrible service

Have used Rosemont Hardware a few times for various things and the service has been good. However, my most recent experience there they really went above and beyond. If you're looking for that small town hardware store feeling, this is the place! You're more than just a number or just another repair. They genuinely listen to you and care about what you're saying. They're named Speedy Tune for a reason; you'll be hard pressed to get a job done more quickly elsewhere. Recently took my snowblower in in a crisis and was absolutely blown away by the level of care and amazing service. The store is also packed full of locally made eats! If you're looking for a great local business to give your loyalty to.look no further!

The guys are super helpful. Don't have as much as the big box stores (obviously) but anything they don't have they will see if it is something they can get for you. They also have awesome food, made locally and that alone is worth a visit every week.
