"What a positive experience! I'm blown away" Those words happened in our experience with Rosetown Mainline. We expanded our search beyond Saskatoon in looking for a vehicle, and it was not a mistake. Not only was Chris very patient with numerous texts, but he responded to every single one. He went out of his way to ensure whatever we needed was done. With two busy working schedules, and weather uncertain, the drive to Rosetown was met with honest, trusting and caring staff. We walked away more than happy, we walked away relieved and taken care of. (and wow, whoever cleans their place, they need to be recognized!)

I had to give myself a couple weeks to calm down over the service i received! I bought a used truck a month ago and paid for the extra warranty. I went in to have my truck looked at because with in the first month the truck i had bought was having some problems with the heated seats not turning off and a problem with the right half of my screen going black. I booked and appointment and went in. The lady who helped me was Ashley. We got to talking and i said that if this wasn't covered under warranty i didn't want the work done. She said it wasn't and to get it looked at and fixed would be around $200 or so dollars. I was shocked they weren't willing to even help out with this cost being i just gave them $60,000 in sales 30 days prior! I asked what can she do to fix the problem for a truck I literally just bought. She informed me they could do a health check to see what's going on and that would only cost $60. I said yes that's perfect. So I left my truck and carried on to Saskatoon to return later in the day for my truck. I didn't receive a call from them all day so I assumed that was good news. I returned around 4 pm. When I came in to pick up my truck and pay the $60 ish dollars, I was told my bill was $456 dollars! I said pardon me, half a grand, you told me $60 and i told you if it wasn't covered under warranty I did not want the work done! I was so mad i wanted to scream. How dare they. If someone was to come into my small business and bring up $30 in clothing and before they pay I go and grab a pile more and tell them, so I think you have to buy these also, your bill is now $800. I told her I was very upset with this and how it is completely unfair to charge families outrageous amounts without consent! People are struggling every day and they didn't feel the need to 1, inform me of the cost beforehand 2.remember I said if its not under warranty I didn't want it or 3. The decency to even ask first
They will never get my service again nor have I been quiet about what happened. I own a very small business and it is super hard to make a living these days and I would never ever think about doing such a thing to someone without consent first. It not ok to screw people over because your a dealership or because someone is a women!

Took our 2022 yukon AT4 in for an oil change that we bought from them. Took it home after the oil change which we live 45 minutes away and the low oil light went on. Checked the dipstick and there was no oil on it at all. Called them and they came and picked it up. They said they did an inspection on it and said there was no leaks and just was low a liter of oil which i do not trust them to begin with now. They did not offer any compensation for extra engine warranty when it was their mechanics fault and I will never do business with them again. Quality of service is not good.

I had been looking for a Yukon XL Duramax for a while. I noticed online that the dealership had 3 in transit. I contacted the dealership by text, I received a response promptly. The purchasing process went smoothly.

Our 2015 Jeep Cherokee broke down in Rosetown on our way to Calgary for Christmas. Right from the first phone call to them, we knew we were in good hands.
The front reception lady was very friendly and showed us where we could get comfortable while we waited. Thankfully it is also dog friendly because we had our fur baby with us for the trip.
The guy at the service desk was very friendly and helpful.
The manager? Was also very hospitable as he came to see if we were ok, offered us drinks and snacks, showed us around the showroom and even let my MIL pick out a Jeep Toque for Christmas (her vehicle and she was stressed)
We were happy they were there and made us feel so comfortable in a stressful time.

I'm from Ontario and purchased a 22 1SS Camaro from Bob over the phone. Everything went great and smooth. Bob and Darren did a great job of looking after my requests. I had it shipped via an enclosed trailer to my house and have been enjoying ever since.

Looking to upgrade my 2014 gfx James called me back and immediately came in the day after got me and my kids into a great 2018 low km and worked out a great deal and managed to get my old tunnel cover and new side steps transferred over to the new truck and lower payments he exceeded my expectations. $285 for a 1 hr Out of Province Inspection. Support local but "local" charges 2x as much as a shop in Lloydminster.

The Quick lube makes getting oil changes easy. No forethought needed, just dropped in. Good for all makes of vehicle.

Just made it in time for a free oil change! Technician even synced my new phone to my radio! Ya! Tech who gave me my final papers was very friendly and knowledgeable (he was from Dinsmore). Safe environment! Good experience!

The entire team at Mainline was awesome to deal with, from the first phone call to the day they delivered our new vehicle in Saskatoon they were a true pleasure to deal with. Definitely worth the drive! I was looking for a brand new 2019 with specific options. They didn’t have it but found me one! They gave me a great deal to boot! They came through when dealerships in Saskatoon couldn’t! I’ll buy there again!

I've bought two brand new trucks off these people over the years didn't think the service was that good. Heck after each purchase the sale's guy didn't thank me or even shake my hand soon as I singed the papers he walked away. Then few weeks later there calling wanting to know if I'm interested in trading my new truck off onto another new one soon as I politely said no I'm fine they hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. Maby there better now that I see they moved over across the highway but I have since switched to O Brian's in Saskatoon they have great service and best finance rate's for used truck's as these new trucks have gotten way over price.

Are ya on it? I don't care how much your cars cost. Your commercials are so annoying I am never going to ever go to mainline motors. Never.

I was looking for a smaller suv within my budget - I was contacted by Sergiy and he was very kind and thorough about everything, he helped me find the right vehicle within my budget and now I am a happy owner of a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox!
