Ross Food Centre: C-store, Smoke shop and Diner

Love ordering the chicken strips from here, the lady who usually answers the phone during day is the sweetest, truly great customer service!

I literally will pay 5X the amount to never order their pizza again. They mess up my order every single time and I am left with waisted money and food I will not eat. Thanks for another waisted bill tonight

I ordered a 10" pepperoni pizza. It would be quite good if it didn't taste so salty. Seasonings maybe? Probably won't order pizza again.

Very dissatisfied. The food was all over done except the steak. It was essentially raw and full of gristle. Needless to say the dog was happy with his lunch. The omelette was so overdone it was brown. I do not recommend this place.

Ross foods is a great place. For all the convenience in one stop shop, great service and great food.

Their baked good selection got me forgetting about my diet. Oh well it was worth it. Food was fresh and hot. Compliments to the chef. And the customer service was great.

Worst place ever. I ordered food from here and I threw it all out. It was that bad. This was the worst.

The burger had mozzarella cheese and not cheddar, there was no mayo, and the tomato looked like there was a bite taken out of it. The patty was also super thin. I wanted lemon pepper ribs and they were plain dry ribs. The wrap was disgusting. There was more croutons than actual salad. The poutine didn't have a whole lot of mushrooms on it and the gravy was very bland. I order via door dash because it had a good star rating and was very wrong.

Needless to say, I threw everything in the garbage

This is a great neighborhood convenience store with a great quality service restaurant to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable meal, or coffee with your friends and family.
I enjoy the fact that I am remembered and so friendly to the people.
Life in Elmview Neighborhood is definitely enhanced by this place!
I'm definitely in love with ice-cream and Ross Foods helps me out with a wide variety of hard ice cream and now they really grabbed my heart, head and stomach by adding soft ice-cream to the menu.
Just as good as Milky Way ~ closer, no more long line ups and prices are comparable!

Fairly regular customer. 3rd time now this year that they have sold me expired food, chips/ candies. Most recent being may 9th, 2021 and the chips I bought were 2 months past expiry. They are just being cheap or being lazy No one wants expired food! I don’t always check expiry dates because I just assume most stores would upkeep inventory, but not there, now 3rd time I’ve learned that.

Great little local spot with a little bit of everything including a convenience store, diner, Bitcoin ATM, smoke shop, soft serve, and other products & services. Employees are always friendly and keep decent hours.

I hardly buy anything there, other than Cigarettes and Pop. I cant afford there High Prices for coffee filters and other things. I went there in July, and they were sellin expired Pop. The date on the bottle was June 20th. Wouldnt surprise me if some of there Food and candies are expired either

Ordered a couple burger meals last night. Little confusion about how many patty’s were on their burgers for start. Meal took 25 minutes for pick up. CheeseBurger patty’s with bacon were luke warm at best. If your going to reheat a patty at least press the 1 minute button. The gravy was cold and a consistency of tapioca. They did refund our money with a polite apology. The restaurant has gone waaaay down hill. Wouldn’t recommend

Ordered food on a Friday night, being a cook myself I naturally expect it to be delayed. When the driver shows up, he gives me the gears about how the cooks are doing an aweful job tonight and he wasn't kidding. My pizzas were burnt, fries for poutine burnt, no gravy on it either. My wings were cold with the wrong sauce, all the food was cold as a matter of fact. The driver was embarrassed and I wasn't particularly happy either. Regina institution? I think not. Tune it up boys, not cool

I just bit into a cubhouse made with bread that must be the first slice of toast made today. It is just before 1pm. The food has a nice flavour and there is a lot of it but quality is spotty. I won't be going back though. The place has always been dirty. Walking in today grossed me out. If I wasn't so hungry I would have turned around and left.

It’s a small, corner, neighbourhood convenience store with a relatively big selection for its size. The staff are really nicer and helpful and the prices are definitely reasonable. The products they bring are of good quality which is very important to me. I recommend this place for when you need some groceries but it’s still not the time for a big supermarket shopping.

My burger came with nothing on it. Im not exaggerating. It was literally a frozen breaded chicken patty from superstore, a stale hamburger bun, thrown upside down into a box with a scoop of McCain superfries. Menu said it comes with mayo, lettuce, and tomato, however, I recieved nothing besides the excess grease fro. The grill. Although the menu didn't state that the burger would at least be placed gently into the box, right side up, I did hope it would come like that. My hopes were too high. I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza, however I am just lucky I like all pizza so I could at least eat some of my lunch. You could definitely tell the quality was not there. The sauce that did come on the other burger we got, made the burger inedible. And to top it off, gross as HAIR in the coleslaw. Wont try again, and I recommend you don't either unless you are a trucker on a budget passing through town, with an iron belly to avoid the food poisoning (that I am sure we will be experiencing until 9 in the evening)

Very nice small neighbourhood convenience store, everyone there super friendly and always asking to help and smile at you. Very affordable and if you missing something and you need to do a fast run of things that’s the place. Nice ice cream as well. At the place you can find restaurant as well, I never tried it so I can’t speak for the quality of the food.
