Roto-Rooter Sewer & Drain Service

One of the worst customer experiences of my life, and I've been around a while. I was told they'd call and come by between noon and 3 PM, so I waited around and finally just cancelled at 6 PM. No one called to explain the delay, and when I called they knew absolutely nothing. I run two businesses and would never think of treating clients this way.

We called with a clogged sewer line, and they had someone there within the hour. Robert was our tech. He was incredibly professionally and knowledgeable. Within 30 minutes he had it fixed, at a fraction of the price we were quoted by someone else. Don't call anyone else if you have a drainage issue, highly recommend! He really went above and beyond!

They came and went so fast I didn’t even know what they fixed! But it works now!

Was told by my insurance and a plumber to have these guys come check out my shower and toilet, since it had a leak coming up through the floor. When he got here he checked things out and asked if the toilet ever got plugged. When I said no, he responded "well then why am I here? ". Maybe that's something they should have asked over the phone before sending someone out.

The guy was very negative, complained the entire time, and repeatedly used words like "not my specialty" or "out of my scope of knowledge".

Luckily he fluked out and happened to find the issue while looking for something else, otherwise I would have demanded my money back.

0/10, would not call again unless I knew they were the only option and I for sure had a plug.

We tried to use this business. But they never ever showed up or called us to say why. We called on a Monday morning for a plugged toilet. They said they would be there in about 2 hours, but would call first. We waited around all day and never heard from them. Not a call or anything. So next morning we called someone else. Had to wait for them till the next day. So now we were days with a plugged toilet and tub and unable to use the main bathroom. The other company were honest that we would have to wait a day and they were right on time. But not these guys. I don't recommend them AT ALL. Very rude to say they are coming and not even call, never mind show up.

Friendly, fast, polite service! Very fair pricing! I’ll definitely call them again when I need them!
