Royal Hotel Regina, Trademark Collection By Wyndham (Former Executive Royal Hotel Regina)

Dave and all of the staff at the Royal Hotel Regina are always very helpful and accommodating. For over 7 years I have been visiting the Royal and it remains one of the cleanest and best kept hotels that I've stayed in.

The staff was so cold and stand-offish. I was simply asking for directions and he gave me the look one would a fly I'd rather miss out than attend an event here.

The Decore is a little outdated but the room was clean, comfortable and warm.

I didn’t get to stay late enough to enjoy breakfast as I had an early flight the next morning!

Check in was easy and check out was just as smooth.

The ceiling fan could use some detailing as well as the crevices of the room I stayed in! The toilet seat was missing a bolt cap but other than that all seemed in order.

Beautiful room friendly staff, but the pool area is undergoing some maintenance and is closed.

Excellent continental breakfast!

My wife and I stayed one night, I enjoyed our stay so much I wanted to stay another night but we had to keep going to our destination. It was very quite during the night which a big plus for me. (I'm a light sleeper) The gentleman at the front desk (I forgot his name) was great, we had trouble with our room key not functioning.

Great experience! I stay in hotels at least 150 nights per year. Hostess checked me in very fast and showed me where my coworker could park his large truck and trailer on site. Room was clean and everyone was lovely to deal with.

Though I didn't book any room over there, I was there to pick up my friend, and as per his experience!

Beds weren't very comfortable and they didn't have much for a snack area, but the staff were all nice and friendly.

There were problems at the beginning, room cards did not work, room cold was kept at 18C and heater not work well; at first front desk said no room with queen bed available, then after discussions, they found a room, unfortunately, the new room's TV was not working and the shower with no hot water only warm water for shower, of course I complained and they are fair and said will cut down the charges for 1st night! After that incidence, things improved and small minor problems happened and were resolvable without major headaches. Overall, excellent effort, good customer care, room kept average, lobby, restaurant, breakfast, room house keeping were excellent, hotel conditions kept well. Have an open mind and try them out when in Regina for stay.
