There is no doubt last manager lance wasn’t care about the tenant issues but unexpected new manager do same. I don’t know why they hire such type of manager who have zero knowledge of customer service?

Every place I lived in either had mold or bad water damage. They don't care to fix it. Highly unsafe for pets and babies. Landlord Lance definitely doesn't look out for your best interest. If you tell them what happened they'll ignore it and won't care to hear your side of stories. Highly suggest renting else where. Where there is NO mold or WATER DAMAGE

Literally not one person we spoke with their had any interest in housing us. Even with perfect references, beyond great income, great work and character references, the wait times weren’t a problem it was judgement immediately upon arrival and I was denied every house available being told it was spoken for, then it remained open for rent for weeks after- every inquiry we made, was told spoken for, then hours later it’s be posted again as available, they never made any notion to contact us. Even with 100% awesome Referall letters and references. They hung up on me twice every few days I’d check in for availability, and it super hurt our hearts that they made zero effort to get our family in a home. All in all, I hope they start realizing they dictate peoples futures by picking and choosing. We literally had a great application and weren’t helped in the slightest. Totally dissapointed and hope theirs better staff their, so they can help families get roofs over their heads. Our houses roof caved in and we were left homeless almost at no fault of our own. Was unfortunate.they and I have to reiterate that they literally made no effort to get a roof over our babies heads. They didn’t care. Ha
