One would think it would be hard to run a business with the personality of tree bark. My husband ordered parts and contacted this “business” to say he would pick them up today. He has no cell phone, so was told to call ahead with an ETA. When he did call before he left the house, he was told he couldn’t get his parts without calling first. Actually, Mr. Tree Bark, he may have picked up the parts he ordered 2 years ago as well but he doesn’t have access to request supreme permission to enter your golden shop. F. U. Horrible business, horrible management. Should lock the doors permanently; not just to keep customers away.

Had to give one star just to be able to post, but should be zero! Absolutely terrible people skills. I had the wrong parts shipped to me, in order to get the correct ones I was expected to ship the wrong ones back, at my expense, then pay shipping again for the correct ones! Nobody owns up to their mistakes anymore I guess.

Brian and the staff have been good to me. Any mixups in shipping have been resolved, returns have been accepted. Shipping has been slow over the last 3 years. If you have had to order anything for a classic vehicle you know the week they tell you turns out to be 3 or more. Brian's stock comes in and goes out usually faster than he can re stock. Sure I have waited 3 months for bumpers before. Oh well. I waited 4 months for inner wheel Wells's over COVID. I have waited 6 months for a weather strip kit from another supplier and 1 month so far for a autometer Gauge package. It's the times we live in.

I have to say after talking to the RPM sales person and ordering a list of parts I needed, he was very helpful. However I was asked for full payment via etransfer when I would not be able to obtain the products till the end of March as I am coming from out of province. I was also told that I would not be able to come into the building and it would be roadside pickup. I have never done business like this and after reading all the bad reviews of this company, I was glad I was spared the aggravation. I was very disappointed as I was excited that I could support a Canadian business but I will not do business under those terms.

The fact this business has SO many oem type parts for classic/muscle cars is awesome. I've ordered a decent amount of things for my 64 Impala, a lot of which I couldn't find anywhere else, or cost a crazy amount to get shipped from the states. So being able to support a local business, get the parts I need (which are usually in stock), for a decent price is fantastic.

Customer service has always been great, and I'm looking forward to them having their new storefront!

Brian of RPM (Saskatoon, SK) is a liar and cannot be trusted. Over the past 5 months he has promised to replace a brake proportioning valve that failed. He says all the right things, confirms my address, promises to send the part, and promises the world, and nothing ever shows up. I finally purchased another one from a diff supplier. I called again to inquire about the missing part/refund, and he pretended to not remember the issue! We have spoken over 15 times in the last 5 months, and today he pretends to forget the issue. Finally out of severe frustration I swore about the poor service from him, and he hung up on me. I have purchased a large amount of parts to restore my Mopars & Chevy truck over the years, but now, over a $100 part, this company will never see another cent!

RPM is one of the worst suppliers we've ever dealt. Initially they ordered the wrong part for what we were looking for. Once this was pointed out they said they would order the right part and let us know when it was in, which should be a couple days. A week later we called as we had not heard from anyone. It still wasn't in. This went on for 6 weeks without them contacting us once. When the part finally came in and we went and exchanged for it we we're owed a credit. We were told this would be e-transferred to us that day. It took 3 phone calls over the next 2 weeks with varying excuses to get the credit back. We will never deal with them again.

I had an order of 3000.00 and cancelled all of it because of the guy behind the computer lacking any people skills at all! Gave him a credit card number and asked for a receipt to be emailed to me and that apparently was too much to ask! I was in the city the day after I ordered and went to the store to ask about the charge on the backordered parts and they have the doors locked due to Covid which I understand but I had knocked on the door and Brian at the computer hid behind the screen and ignored my daughter and I so I called him and he looked right at me as I explained that I wanted to show him the the 1st list he sent which didn't add up to the 2900 and if he could please come to the window and I'd show him on my phone through the window my concerns and he just said we are closed to walk ins and hung up! I called back and had a few choice words asking again to please take a look and he hung up again so I emailed him and cancelled the whole order and as we walked away he gave us the finger from behind his desk! I wouldn't buy a Plug nickels worth of anything from this work of art! Carma is a strange thing and if this company goes broke from mismanagement then so be it! I also cancelled my credit card as I didn't trust him after he gave us the finger! Luckily no charges were run through so there were no problems financially for me! -10 rating out of a 0-10 rating! Worst business I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Bought my parts elsewhere!

If you need parts for a classic car or truck this is the place to go, great service and prices and they have always had the parts I've needed for any of my projects.

Wanted to buy something over the phone but the person said E- transfer only and no paper would come with it. Umm yea I am not sending money to the store employee who than might use it to pay.the only mode of payment can't just be E-transfer.

What an absolute disgrace of a company. To the owner, you should be ashamed. Your level of customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Your customer service is so terrible you should be emberassed. Just being a decent human being isn’t that hard. It’s so unfortunate how much business you loose and continue to loose due to your poor attitude. You take no pride in your work, you make people feel like they are an inconvienience, your rude, short tempered, impatient, extremely unhelpful and don’t own up when your wrong. Look at how you respond to people on here. How sad to represent your company that way. Buyer beware because every persons complaints on here are very true and the owners responses speaks for itself. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE!

DONT EVEN WAIST YOUR TIME! This guy (supposedly) the owner, just does the bare minimum if that. Has zero knowledge of the product. Is the most unhelpful irritated old man I’ve ever come across. Why own this shop and work this job if you hate it so much and can’t treat people with common decency. It’s not that hard to put a smile on your face and try to make people’s days more enjoyable by just being pleasant. Avoid this place at all costs.

Salesperson/owner is VERY unhelpful and rude to deal with and has ZERO knowledge of the product they sell or the orders he takes. Multiple items were missed on my order for my squarebody build, when I called back to inquire about my missing parts was told "no those parts weren't ordered. " Even though I called to confirm my order multiple times.
The products I did receive took 5 months and the worst part is that they appear to be of the absolute lowest quality possible. The interior parts I received are all different shades of the color they're supposed to be (salesperson told me thats normal and to go buy spray paint so they match) Not sure how painted carpet will hold up.
I would NEVER order from this place again and regret trying to support a semi local business. This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. Don't waste your time or money and just get the real stuff from LMC, Brothers trucks, Year 1 or a junkyard so you don't get stuck with made in China parts. Hopefully this review helps you before you deal with these idiots.

It was a bit of a challenge for me and my mobility issues to get into the store but it seems like a great place to access parts for the older rigs that you don't want to park yet.

What a terrible place to deal with. The Part I ordered was supposed to be 10 days away. It was 3 months late when I asked them about it and the ignorant sales person said if I didnt like it that I should go buy it somewhere else. Thank god they at least gave my money back after a fight. So that is exactly what I did.
Please do your research before buying from this company.
Please read the reviews posted and the ignorant comments by the owner.

Waiting for my order. Said it was going to be shipped the week before. After calling to confirm, the salesperson said they were shipped today. No understanding or accountability why this happened. Bend over and ask for another.

Anytime I’ve ever phoned there and asked about a part I get a straight answer either they have it or they don’t. If I want to order it it’s up to me or phone around to find it elsewhere. Prices are fair. That’s all I expect from the part store.

This is uncle tom, have ordered several times from here, have not had any major problems, quite knowledgable, & the interior components seem to fit great, did a 67 camareo full interior not long ago, beautiful finnished product! & have several satisfied customers becsuse of these guys, i tip my hat to them, & please forgive any spelling mistakes! If I could leave a zero rating I would.it is a terrible company to deal with.ordered a gas tank for my 37 chev said it would be in within a week as we are 3 hours out of Saskatoon, and we were coming up there I ordered the tank, but part did not show up, a month later still waiting! First he said part had been shipping to Wisconsin and he would check on it, after trying to call numerous times only to get voice mail or the runaround, finally got a hold of Brian, asked him for the tracking number said he would get it to me the next day which of course he didn't, when I called again he said they were out of stock and hadn't been shipped yet.i am sure they are just waiting to combine shipping and don't care how long you wait. Be very cautious dealing with them there are lots of reputable dealers for repro parts that are more than willing to help and give good service. This will be my first and last time dealing with RPM
